I've been checking my local sportsman's for small rifle primers with no luck. Keep trying guys. I know employees are worn out hearing the same questions over and over again but as long as you are respectful and get to the point you shouldn't have any issues. Good luck out there.
Titegroup is my go to for pistol 380 to 10mm Ramshot for my 223/556 loads. I have seen primes out all over here in vegas AZ area
My wife and I were at Cliffs a day or two ago. Great store!!.... Seems like everybody is out of our IMR 8208 XBR powder. Haven't been able to find any
I have been reloading sense the mid 60’s. One thing I did was try to keep my powders to the minimum type. One powder to as many calibers that gave me good pressure and accuracy. DuPont IMR 4895 turned out to be the most versatile.
I do the same. I use IMR 4895 for both my 223 and also my 300 win mag deer loads. Handgun loads for me are almost exclusively Titegroup or CFE Pistol
4895 works great in my M1-garand with 148 gr. ball and 168 gr h.p., plus my mini-14
How much did you pay for primers?
How much did you pay for a thousand primers at Cliff's they tried to charge me $120 1000 + 3750 for a Hazmat fee I'm not supporting people that are price gouging I picked up a thousand primers at Sportsman's for $23.50 2 weeks ago
