There's two groups of engineers involved: the first group gets the design into a usable but kludgy form that they "start testing" and simply won't stop. The second group has to come in and finish the design while yelling at the first group to "Turn that crap down!"

Some drum kits include a pad to they can have custom samples. if you have an electric drum, you don't need this as the electric drum already does the same thing, plus you have countless samples to choose from for each instrument, recorded from famous studios.
The little girls face was priceless. Bet she was like, “dad, can I have one”. All the way home.
