This is not going to end well for Blake Lively. The cat’s already out of the bag. The retired Hollywood hairdresser interview is really insightful about this Blake Lively character.
For her to be believed, she would have needed to file this before the movie even aired. She ruined this movie. I didn't see it. She was rude and terrible in trying to promote the film. I don't believe her allegations and I also think THIS is a smear campaign against Justin Baldoni.
A good smear campaign would make a huge amount of people think pretty much what you now think and, crucially, those who did would have no way of knowing they’d ever been manipulated.
@@anonimushbosh True, but I have no social media accounts and do not like Colleen Hoover books, and had no interest in seeing a film about domestic violence as a survivor myself. All I was exposed to was Blake Lively's actual words and PR she did. She is the reason people think she's a nepo brat that isn't a good actress. She was her own smear campaign!
@@zingingcutie8421She destroyed her own career. He was ready to do it if need be, but in the messages they said they did have to. And if he was so disgusting, she should have stopped production, left and sue. Money is not an issue for her. She was willing to not say anything if she still looked good in the public eye? She is not strapped for cash. She knows what she is doing and you guys are falling for it.
Blake lively is a bully. There’s plenty of videos of it. She’s just trying to get her way years after the fact because she tanked her own career because of her narcissism, and people defending her are defending her horrible behavior for their own selfish personal reasons.
Bully? Horrible behavior? Based on perfectly edited videos taken from interviews to make her look bad. Apparently, you're one of the dumb people who fell for this smear campaign
What do you mean smear campaign???? NOBODY forced her to be rude in interviews... people pulled out footage not rumors.... and I don't understand why you have to be topless to get your makeup done!
They edited clips of her being "mean" in interviews to make her look bad. I've never even seen her in a movie but remember thinking at the time that it seemed she just had a dry sense of humour in those interviews and if you watch the full interviews they generally went well and weren't uncomfortable at all.
It was body makeup. You know, makeup on her body. And there is plenty of evidence of a smear campaign in the texts and emails they subpoenaed. You clearly sound uninformed since all of this was outlined in the lawsuit, which is public, as is the article in the NYT. So you might want to inform yourself before attacking a victim of sexual harassment.
@falalalalaa You clearly cannot read. She alleges there was a smear campaign. But if you read the text messages, it clearly said that they were prepared to do it but didn't have to because the internet was doing it already. She did it to herself. Blaming it on him when there was plenty of information from her past that had nothing to do with the movie that showed her horrible character. Then with all of that "harrasment" she still goes on with the movie, when her husband is a mega star and they could have sued for a hostile work environment? So if she did not get the bad press would she had ever came out with the sexual harassment? So it is ok to sexually harass someone on set, just as long as the person being harassed does not look bad? Is this y'all queen?
Lively never ever apologized for her years and years of her rude insensitive tone deaf behavior. She did this herself and for her to file a complaint is ridiculous!!!
@@aiai-j7iNo they are not. She's complaining that she suffered from a smear campaign. But if she's indeed put herself in this situation through her own actions then she has no case.
And there was heavy speculation Blake stole Scarlett Johansson’s husband while filming the Green Lantern which resulted in their divorce and Blake marrying Ryan. If those rumors were true I just think Blake has big feminism balls for trying to crucify Justin for making an unwanted romantic pass at her to a new level. Yes he did wrong. But the punishment she still wants to inflict is unreasonable by adding these other things like the weight thing. In my view the punishment was served when she reported him while doing the movie to HR, now filing it publicly, getting the cast to abandon him. I mean that’s a lot. But to use S-harassment to lord it over him to manipulate him at will like when she leaked he was being inappropriate and asked for her weight when they began to promote the movie. Who does that if it’s not to hurt someone? Either sue or use it to essentially blackmail his life by having the S-harassment complaint over him to cause him to do what she wants and I think is what she did. But bc of her bad behavior surfaced it looks like now she is committed to sue Justin bc her booze and hair product line tanked. I’m sure her promoting her booze and hair products were not in the Sony list of things to promote. I don’t blame him for hiring a PR team. If that woman had sunk her fangs into me I’m going to try to save me by showing she’s not perfect either. No one is perfect. If you already punished someone for wrong doing don’t continue to ride on that mishap to manipulate that persons life. That’s super cruel.
Your article was biased, and not trustworthy; why in the world would you imply that the journalist who spoke about Blake being a bully was part of the campaign??? Shame on you and your lack of journalistic integrity.
she was actually the one who started the smear compaign against Justin Baldoni while promoting the film, Did we all forget that????? however this didn’t work so Justin’s team started a counterattack by doing nothing but show the public what Blake Lively really is like ( a mean girl) And now this complaint? I have some doubts
Do you understand sequence? The men perpetrated misogyny first _(during production);_ Blake responded privately and responsibly. Finally, they had her smeared publicly. Personal bias much?
See, what I don't get about women like you is.......do you realize no matter how hard you d ride for bad men, they still won't pick you? So, what's your end game?
Not sure why so many people are crying despite the overwhelming evidence shared in this video. The lady was harassed and she fought back. What's wrong with that? Oh, I forgot the country chose the person reflecting their values to lead the next 4 years. No wonder!
That's interesting because my bestfriend's friend from Columbia was called "ugly" by blake during an acting audition once. So - I tend to believe she lacks empathy -
It's a she said he said situation. There's no evidence yet proving she was indeed harassed. We need to see the courtroom evidence to decide. Same thing happened with Amber Heard and turned out to be a complete 180 from audio records.
I saw no smear campaign. All I saw was Blake Lively speaking with a cold expression, saying rude things. I read no social media posts, thus I saw nothing “planted”. My negative opinion of Ms. Lively is entirely based on the words she used, and the way she delivered those words.
I agree with you. I don’t judge Justin for attempting to save himself for him making a romantic pass at his co-star. He was wrong, but not sure why Blake used it to lord it over him when they promoted the movie by leaking that Justin had been inappropriate and asked for her weight. Then the Blake videos came out of her true self. It looks like she leaked first. What she should have done is not leak anything., That was a hateful low blow toward Justin, because it was serious and the accusation should have been used to sue, not manipulate a man to lord it over his head to punish him and shame in public. Again not excusing unwanted romantic passes, but it was a matter of smacking him on the head and telling him to knock it off. The surprising thing is that Justin didn’t have to smear her even though he was ready to do it; fight like she was fighting him dirty. Her atrocious behavior is what did her in. To treat strangers who showed up having to interview her because it’s their job was a blow to my psyche that people like Blake could use her status to rain terror onto people who made a comment or asked her questions in a respectful manner and proceed to crush their spirits. I’m sure these interviewers are star struck with her and then she throws a mean girl tantrum on them to get them. Yeah, Justin crossed the line. His punishment was the complaint Blake filed while doing the movie, his employees sided with Blake. Any further things she did was just her being manipulating calculating and wanting to ride the S-harassment complaint as she willed, like again, as we saw her leak when they did the promotion of the movie. All he did here is giving the illusion he single-handedly buried her but it was the videos which show a Blake Lively being nasty self. Everyone forgave Winona Ryder for thieving. She hurt herself, robbed a business and the punishment was being charged and shamed. Glad she came back. But Blake hurt people, has gaslighted her atrocious behavior toward strangers, doubled down it’s Justin who tanked her business ventures for her own actions. Justin just exposed her.. if he leaked those videos. He’s was like a whistleblower for exposing a mean girl. Nobody likes or accepts people in society who lives their lives abusing their status to berate people. So she’ll have to prove Justin actually tanked her with those videos of her berating people throughout the years. All she has if you ask me is his making a romantic pass at her. I’m not sure why Scarlett Johansson didn’t sue her and Ryan for cheating on her while Scarlett was married to Ryan, allegedly 🙄but there is also videos of Blake gushing over Ryan when they were doing interviews over that movie and he was still married. I do know this to be a fact: Scarlett was interviewed later and she said she never saw it coming. That tells me Ryan dropped her like a hot potato. In my speculation was bc he’d found someone else. He then married Blake a year after. If these two were having an affair while Ryan was married in any point in my book that is the worse inappropriate behavior.
Wow!!!! A news report drops AFTER the news is made public? Woah, time is linear? I can't believe this video wasn't released before the lawsuit was filed! Or even better yet, before Justin sexually harassed Blake. I can't believe news reporters report on news after it occurs. I'm shocked.
Notable how Sony, WME (which also represent Baldoni), the other actors, and Colleen Hover ALREADY publicly support Blake Lively in this even though the public is Team Justin Baldoni. There is no smoke without a fire. I am well aware that people hate Blake Lively based on her interviews in the past but I don't think that behavior warrants a smear campaign, sexual harrassment, and retaliation.
Also his “Man Enough” podcast co-host Liz Plank quit and distances herself from him and his ex-publicist is suing him. I mean, these people don't wait for a verdict (which will probably take 1-2 years) for a reason.
@@pb.j.1753 yup 100% agree... he must be a real AH jerk for the people who were close to him (co-host, cast, publicist) to quickly and publicly side with her and believe her with very little open public known evidence. Ha ha. Do you live in the USA? Where very few people have critical thinking skills anymore. They are Hollywood lemmings. They push "narratives" and do very compromised pieces with little journalistic integrity anymore, which is sad - how far they fell).
Marilyn Monroe. Britney Spears. Katherine Heigl. Blake Lively. Sidney Sweeney. The playbook stays the same, year after year after year. Men first elevate a pretty blonde for being nice and bubbly and attractive. And then when they tire of her, or she sticks a toe out of line....the men direct the women to turn on her for not being perfect. Tear her apart, have women take her down out of envy and spite. Men benefit the whole cycle through, first in having their eye candy, and then in having women do their dirty work taking another women down. And then they find the next one. On and on and on and on, and seemingly we never learn. I support Blake. She does not deserve this. And shame, shame, on all the people ganging up on her.
Thats just misandry. How I understand your comment you want to say people did this to her on purpose BECAUSE they are MEN?! The examples probably fit regarding injustice but not for Blake Lively if she is just behaving badly. Thats her doing.

She tarnished herself long before the BS harassment suit. Did Justin Baldoni force her to promote her hair products and say those stupid things during interviews? Her own tone deaf and uncaring attitude towards domestic violence was on her, no one else. Honestly, she needs to take some responsibility.
Also, it irks me that she stole Ryan from Scarlett Johansson. They were rumors but watch the videos of Blake acting like he was not married while interviews for the movie they did together were going on, The Green Lantern. She was smitten. Totally inappropriate. Again rumors, speculation, but a year later they were married. The movie started 2010, Blake/Ryan meet 2010 bc of the movie, Ryan/Scarlett separate Dec 2010, Green Latern debuted June 2011, Scarlett/Ryan divorce July 2011, by October 2011 speculation started Blake/Ryan were dating bc they were openly spotted doing things together. They marry September 2012. Both Blake and Ryan had said they were buddies for a long time, but he was clearly married when they met. His buddy should have been his wife. Just old fashioned here about marriage. And I like to call hypocrisy at its best.
I don't like Blake Lively or her acting because of Blake Lively. She has written her own reputation, and this film just amplified the poor reputation she's built for herself with her plantation wedding, antebellum aesthetic, and utter rudeness to people she works with who aren't of star status. If Justin Baldoni followed her demands after the all hands on deck meeting, she can quit crying now.
Exactly! No one ruined her reputation except her. The receipts are there in numerous interviews SHE gave. And yet the evidence against him is hearsay, and her say! The fact that so many people are not supporting her is for some reason....and it ain't cuz we're all stupid!
Sure Erica. I'm sure you're a real BLM activist in your personal life. Definitely. Totally giving that vibe. LOL. The hypocrisy on you women going after other women is deafening.

People CANNOT UNSEE that viral Blake Lively interview & reading many other supporting testimonials from others who have experienced the unsavoury side of her character. That one viral clip alone did more damage to her reputation than anything else. Even if what she claims about JB is true & she wins the case, she'll never regain character integrity she's lost from her callous behaviour.
Apparently Justin Baldoni is so insidious, he made Blake Lively fat-shame an interviewer while she was doing press for a Woody Allen movie she starred in years before she & Mr. Baldoni ever worked together on It Ends With Us! I don't know whether Mr. Baldoni sexually harrassed Ms. Lively. I personally am inclined to withold judgment until the legal process plays out. After all, a Complaint is a series of allegations, not facts. But even if the allegations are true, Ms Lively had a history of rude & questionable behavior before she worked with Mr. Baldoni on It Ends With Us. I'm not sure this lawsuit will save her reputation, even if the litigation resolves in her favor.
@TheApplecorped I would suggest you work on your reading comprehension. I did not defend Justin Baldoni. I stated that Ms. Lively has had a long history of rude & problematic behavior long before filming It Ends With Us with Mr. Baldoni, which is objectively true - there are many clips of her being rude to journalists & former cast mates in interviews going back to her Gossip Girl days, she got married on a literal slave plantation, and she wrote an article for her Preserve website on the "appeal of antebellum," basically romanticizing the pre-Civil War American southern plantation class. That alone informed my & many other people's opinion of her long before the It Ends With Us press tour. As for her claims that Mr. Baldoni sexually harassed her, I stated I was withholding judgment until the litigation resolved. That's not a defense of Mr. Baldoni & only the unintelligent or disingenuous would suggest otherwise.
Agreed. You are a rare gem in this time of people see a little bit of information and completely jump to conclusions and decide that a complaint equals facts. We haven’t heard from his side yet and I’m sure she’s not going to be painted in the most glamorous light with whatever he had to put up with as well. Most likely we’re going to find out they’re both jerks or at least not innocent.
I chose to not watch the movie 100% due to how she conducted herself and what came out of her mouth in various interviews. Her tarnished reputation was self-inflicted and by her own doing.

People love to pile on famous women because society still has messed-up ideas about how women should act. When a woman steps outside those unspoken rules-being too confident, too emotional, too successful, or just not fitting the “perfect woman” mold-she becomes an easy target. Social media makes it worse, turning every small mistake into viral outrage. It’s easy to gang up on someone from behind a screen, especially when they seem untouchable because they’re famous. Plus, drama and controversy get clicks, and clicks mean money. In the end, it’s rarely about the woman herself-it’s about people projecting their own insecurities and frustrations onto someone they don’t know. It’s harmful, exhausting, and happens way too often.
Or some of these women are just a holes and people are tired of watching entitled celebrities have a hissy fit. Two things can exist in the same space and both be true.
Oh, aren't you just so righteous, scolding people who don't share your view? Pity you the eternal victim mentality woman. There are many "beautiful," successful, confident women who are revered and well loved. You're towing a cliche narrative because you have no original thoughts of your own. @@HandsomeMalcolmcats Sure, some celebrities act out-but let’s not pretend the backlash is always about holding them accountable. The way people pile on famous women often goes far beyond fair criticism. It turns into a feeding frenzy, fueled by gossip, exaggeration, and projection. 2:35 Just because Sony signed off on the promotion strategy doesn’t mean it’s set in stone. Public sentiment can change in no time, and I can’t imagine Sony would have an issue with shifting the focus to highlight domestic violence awareness if it made sense. PR and marketing are all about staying flexible and responding to what people care about. I would love to get other people’s thoughts on this.
And with the way her husband always promotes his films and products she can’t pretend that Sony was the reason she launched her hair care line and promoted her mixers while also launching her alcohol line during the most inappropriate movie for it. she should’ve waited for her next movie a simple favor sequel to do all that as it would’ve fit the promotion and the tone much more with less backlash.
Sony and Bake need to take responsibility for promoting the film like romcom and and doing the inappropriate cross-promotions. Apart from that, I hope Blake sees her day in court for the SH allegations

I had no idea who Blake Livery was, but I had read bits of it ends with us. Then I started to read the reviews of the promotion of the movie, which if it followed the book was about surviving DV and coming out stronger. My problem was 55% of DV cases involve alcohol WHO figures, but then in the reviews I believe during the promotion of the movie BL marketed alcohol. If the so called sisterhood stand shoulder to shoulder if and I say that if the sexual harassment is proven will they come out for their sisters, and brothers who also we see increased DV in and condemn the promotion that marketed alcohol. No cherry picking of issues please.
I hear you, totally, but all those things aren't black and white, Idk if it is possible not to cherry pick. This was an interesting turn of events. I will personally say that I did notice a huge uptick in negative content around Blake and some favorable content for Justin. I just don’t get why he would do all of this when he’s so much less popular than she is?
In the messages with his PR firm, he is concerned that people are noticing that none of the cast or crew is doing any press with Justin, and they unfollowed him. So there were news stories starting to pick up that there was some drama on set. He wanted to get ahead of it, so his team started the smear campaign.

Blake lively is a bully. There’s plenty of videos of it. She’s just trying to get her way years after the fact because she tanked her own career because of her narcissism, and people defending her are defending her horrible behavior for their own selfish personal reasons.

Sexual Harrassment is sexual harrassment
You're one the dumb people who fell for the smear campaign 😊
Bully? Horrible behavior? Based on perfectly edited videos taken from interviews to make her look bad.
Apparently, you're one of the dumb people who fell for this smear campaign
Ah, so precisely how likeable does a woman need to be, according to you, to not deserve to get s*xually harassed at work?
You fell for it, Elena. Baldoni is cute but doesnt make him nice.
In the movie, she has bite marks just below her collarbone from her "lovely" husband... That's why she had her top off for makeup.

@@ellie3910 Sure, Blake

Thank you NYT for exposing this awful PR firm and bad behaviour on the part of the actor and producer.
How much did she pay the NYTimes for this? Video drops right after she files a complaint and the messages seem taken out of context.

The movie started 2010, Blake/Ryan meet 2010 bc of the movie, Ryan/Scarlett separate Dec 2010, Green Latern debuted June 2011, Scarlett/Ryan divorce July 2011, by October 2011 speculation started Blake/Ryan were dating bc they were openly spotted doing things together.

Social media makes it worse, turning every small mistake into viral outrage. It’s easy to gang up on someone from behind a screen, especially when they seem untouchable because they’re famous. Plus, drama and controversy get clicks, and clicks mean money.

Yes, I'm sure you, being little mr perfect, never had a single moment of 'rudeness' at your job, ever. Otherwise.....well, you're just a hypocrite, aren't you?
This investigative journalist is biased and one-sided. You have all the evidence from BL but haven't had a good response from JB's team. Those conversations were not obtain in good faith and we know that. You are doing what you feel JB's team is doing. SAD.
Exactly.
"A digital marketing consultant" 😂😂😂😂
what's funny exactly?
LOL the movie was not a huge office hit.
???
It made 351 million at the box office on a 25 million budget
@ a huge box office hit would be Deadpool & Wolverine
I’m sure Lively was frustrated when she went through this, but she clearly got great advice from a lawyer. Keeping contemporaneous records is very powerful legally. Her husband Ryan Reynolds is no slouch either and they have lots of $$ from his business ventures. This lawsuit can be a game changer to shut down this approach to libel. Good luck to her!
Yes, those poor one percenters. How will they ever manage this?😂😂😂😂
Um, it's not a lawsuit. It is a file of complaints. Maybe you should do some research before commenting. Or are you the type who watches entertainment media for "truth?"
I believe Blake
I don't at all.
@Scarlett-jq4cj so what
@@Scarlett-jq4cjGood judgement
@@JohnBarron-n Don't feed the trolls.
The fact that the DWKT subreddit is a source.. im proud 😂
Well y'all protected Weinstein for decades! You're irrelevant. I stand with Blake!
She's smearing herself.
No, you are.
The new amber heard
"Crisis, PR" aka stalking, endangerment, incitement, fraud.
Is that why Blake lively is hiring her own crisis PR team?😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@TheApplecorped It's Spy vs. Spy
It looks like they continuing this campaign in the comments...
Sure looks like it.....
It looks like her defenders are trying their best to prop her up in the comments😂😂😂😂
@@FishareFriendsNotFood972 said no adult ever😂😂😂😂
@@TheApplecorped Also I love how all the people going on and on about how it's so bad Blake is 'mean'.....are being mean. The ultimate pot calling kettle.
Then why are some people blaming Blake and saying nasty thing’s about her as if she deserved what happened or she’s just making everything up some people are just so nasty in their comments about Blake even though people are backing her standing by her side hopefully she will make a difference in what people who work with each other say as far as in their personal life and showing personal picture’s and other thing’s ‼️👍🏻
This happens far too often. Good for her.
She’s a multimillionaire who doesn’t give a crap about you. You need to reevaluate your life.😂😂😂
How do you know she is telling the truth? Are you friends with her?
Karma happened. She got away with it for so long and now, karma is here. She should have sued Sony, not just Justin. Gl
Woman is harassed at her job, and you say SHE got away with it? The level of broken your brain is.....
The irony
Wasn't Ray fisher blacklisted because he spoke against weadon?
I dont think anyone is surprised about Justins behavior. But we were definitely sueprised about Blake's! No matter what, the damage has been done. Blake's true colors have been exposed. Thaat sucks that she or any woman was harassed like this. But it doesnt explain her behaviors over the years.
Oooooh, so s harassment is justified......because the women was rude once. Gotcha. That makes total sense. Nothing fishy in that math......
Digital age indeed
So much for "sisterhood."
How about the staged comments of this video from your instagram page…. That’s also a form of a smear campaign. 😂 HYPOCRISY MUCH?
Now is she the victim? Mmm such a coincidence, nobody likes Blake for being a bully, rich B that makes fun and mistrates others and now she is suffering this? Coincidence? Lets hope the truth comes out after all before taking stands
The comments below this. Holy moly.
Eat the rich.
Unoriginal, and stupid. Well played.😂😂
Likely taking cues from the political arena
This was an interesting turn of events. I will personally say that I did notice a huge uptick in negative content around Blake and some favorable content for Justin. I just don’t get why he would do all of this when he’s so much less popular than she is?
In the messages with his PR firm, he is concerned that people are noticing that none of the cast or crew is doing any press with Justin, and they unfollowed him. So there were news stories starting to pick up that there was some drama on set. He wanted to get ahead of it, so his team started the smear campaign.
@@falalalalaa What smear campagne? Do you just regurgitate what you hear in entertainment media?
Wasn’t this the opening for the first Deadpool movie?!
How did they get the text messages
Stephanie Jones was happy to serve them up against her former client and employees and amazingly she’s not mentioned in the lawsuit so apparently it was payoff.
Nobody cares what she has to say.
And yet you think anyone would care about your opinion? lol
Oh please, she wanted total control of the movie, from having Ryan Reynolds write part of the script to promoting her haircare and alcohol brand and then forming a clique by alienating Justin. Also, he has a young family, she could have waited a few days until after Christmas to make this complaint, this doesn't just affect him but his wife and kids too. This whole thing screams of bullying rather than fight for justice.
Yes, because as we all know, Hollywood is completely run by women, who bully male leads into doing whatever the woman wants. Uh huh. In other news, I was late to work today because my unicorn rode the wrong rainbow.
Два неумных мужика похоронили свои карьеры
lol I don’t even know who they are??
Blake is bs.
Long story short, AFTER THE CEO , then the movie movie producer and actor
Look at all the comments here. The people are not believing bully Blake.
Believe women
OR, Visa Versa
I had no opinion til I saw the evidence, and the evidence against Baldoni is irrefutable. Clearly a open and shut case. I expect Baldoni will settle before discovery occurs. If this goes to trial this would ruin both Baldoni and Lively.
So NYTimes is the new TMZ. well done👏 'cause talking about real sexual assault issues is not big deal. At least here in Europe i read about Mrs Gisèle Pelicout.
unpopular opinion: Harassment stems from having power and influence over the other person. The way I see it in this case, Lively and her husband clearly have MORE power and scope of INFLUENCE between them over what's-his-name co-star-slash-director. I wouldnt stupidly harass someone with a net worth 50x more than I do.
Yeah, that's an unpopular opinion for a reason, lol, it's willfully blind to the fact power comes from more than just money.....
There's no war! She did everything herself!!! Her actions, she needs to take responsibility and apologize! She's just evil, she's the one doing a smear campaign against Justin
Whoever this commentator is wait for court Blake is rude and intolerable I don't believe her

Let's wait to see if she wins the case. It's hard to be on her side; she thinks she is better than anyone else .
Celebrity culture is dying amid class struggle around the world. Idk what is happening around this celebrity drama but there are more urgent calls than this affecting everyday women. Do whatever you want NYT if it makes Oligarh America happy.
You were doing so well until the end and then you just gave up on being an adult😂😂😂😂
You bullies, are so narcissistic!!! Nobody cares who you believe or like!!
it’s not about you!!!!!!
it’s a very serious case about harassment with plenty of evidence and number of witnesses!! The fact that you were enjoying Blake’s hate train for 6 months and got too comfortable in it doesn’t change facts!!! It’s about women’a rights and safety at the working environment!!!
What evidence? Did you even read the file of complaints? There is not one shred of evidence. What witnesses? You believe everything you see on entertainment media? So save your righteous virtual signaling, will ya?
I believe Blake Lively
It's really arrogant of Twohey to claim the evidence in the complaint is "what really happened." Only one side needed. No trial necessary.
Sounds like someone has literally never met a lawyer before, huh, little buddy?
