I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and i hate wearing my mask. I am not a strong man but seeing someone more physically fit than me need a CPAP makes me think if he can handle it I can.
He's not physically fit.. he's strong but not fit.. in Europe we care about health and you will never see so much fat walking.. because we eat clean and good... Stop eating trashfood

It’s a cpap, not oxygen It just increases the pressure in the airway to keep it open, a lot of large people either already use one or should be using one
Nobody wearing a c-pap or a-pap needs extra oxygen to sleep, they have sleep apnea, so they need extra force to keep the airway open. It creates pressure to keep the airway open while sleeping when you have a big chest, or are a heavier individual, but people can have sleep apnea at any size, just a rule of thumb that heavier people always do.

I have found the best bang for results are 8 rotisserie chickens, 2 cups of rice, and one protein shake daily...chickens I usually buy every morning...runs $73 after adding a gallon of water. Add 2 packets of oatmeal, small cup of orange juice, and either 2 apples or 3 kiwi daily...eat 3 avocados spread throughout the week. Weekends I have more time to prep... eat approximately 3 lbs of Salmon/mahi/grouper along with 1 lb of red meat. All in all about $600 weekly gets it done....so yea while I was joking the Moose prolly packs away a lot more than I do. I am tapped out at 260lbs. Moose has me by 50-60lbs or more. Prolly has more variety as a full time strength guy as well....guessing he is more in the $1k a week range. Obviously $1k is not a monthly income but it is like having a 2nd mortgage to pay lol

After ages of powerlifting I quit because even though I did get much fucking stronger, I'd only get bigger and that developed into health issues as I got older. It's not worth it as you age. It just isn't.
