Mid-bunk as an office works great! Love the door in the entrance area to allow more storage in the kitchen. There should be triple axel rigs for mid-bunks to help with cargo capacity. Especially with so many going full time now, and working remotely.
As always you give thorough information and keep it very subjective. I own a Pinnacle 32RLTS and would have liked to go with a mid bunk but it was heavier than my truck could handle. I feel that a one ton dual rear wheel truck is a must for these units. Keep it up, I always enjoy your educational videos when you put them out.
We just ordered the Brinkley 3610. We did wait until we could see it in person to be 💯 on it. I think they got the bonus room 99% right, at least for our needs. There is always room for improvements. We don’t have kids but will have the occasional guests and it will work. We would use it mostly as an office. Can’t wait to get in and know for sure.
I have the Jayco Eagle 355mbqs a 2022 model, I love it I like the upper bunk my 8 year old sleeps in it. I use the loft for storage. I see Jayco have removed the upper bunk in the 25 model year 355mbqs.
I hear you. Seems a lot of brands are doing away with the upper loft on midbunks. I can understand why if it is so short to begin with, but I actually made use of mine in the 37MDQS in my video as it had a decent head-height and was nice to have the extra sleeping space.
Great job as always bud..btw what is your name buddy?.your unit wouldn't work for me being 6'5..lol..I have a 2022 chaparral 373mbrb.door in hallway by entry with 2 "full" bed bunks..wish I didn't do it.only 2 years in the Rv game..figured my kids would come or family or friends but only had guests 2 times and they prefer to use pull out couch in rear due to temp..the bunks don't get good airflow like you said..want to get into a front living or rear kitchen..you still get room for guests..really like the prototype pinnacle jd from big truck big rv just reviewed at Hershey. It's a rkfb..beautiful setup..thanks for your attention to detail🫡
@@TheOutlawOffroad double check me, but I believe that is correct @ 2:25 = my.matterport.com/show/?m=tDW5ZHXZdBp&back=1 Then right after, when I cut to live code video, that is back to my Pinnacle 37MDQS. Looks like the Avalanche 372MB might be discontinued for 24. It's my understanding the Alpine is sister product, so should be similar if not identical.
@@AdventureRocks The Matterport shows a plan with a smaller counter on the kitchen wall, bunk room side and a trundle bed in there. It also shows a drawer under the dining table. Small differences, but it seems to be different than the Avalanche. The plan looks exactly like what I’m looking for.
Normally the half ton 5th wheel models, such as the grand design reflection (the solitude I looked at did have a loft above) and Jayco 31mb have no loft. The Brinkley mention in these comments does not either and looks really nice

Great points, all around.
Good point about the power distribution panel in bunk..my kids are 19 and 22 so now worries there but that's me..alot of kids in these bunks

Congrats on order! Looks like a nice unit!
If you don’t mind sharing, what kind of percentage off of MSRP did you get? Trying to see if these Brinkleys get discounted like other manufacturers.

What floorplan is being shown with the countertop at 2:25?
Keystone Avalanche 372MB
@@AdventureRocks Is that the same as the Matterport walk through you showed right after that?

What model would have NO loft over the office ?
Check out the Grand Design Solitude and Brinkley models.
