i feel like the fact that the khh scene is smaller than the american one makes the rappers bring out the best from each other, the competition is also quite high and shows like show me the money (that are followed also by the general public, not only rap fans) continue to let talented people shine, there are also shitty performers that remain popular for some months but usually they don’t last longer than that anyways i always love some fast spitting so thanks for the reaction

Check out Junoflo and G2 collabs. Both were on SMTM5. They have some rap songs fully in english like Outlawz (which they performed at a Clippers nba game), high hopes and wanted.

I think you should check out finnish rap since our language ain't pretty much tied to anything so it's very unique, there is 3 languages that are in the language tree. It also goes really well with rap if done right because of the hard r's and rugged but somehow smooth sound of it. I have some suggestions with videos. Thank you for posting these suggestions. 😁 Sometime ago I started to listen to Taiwanese rap (somehow I got bored of modern western rap) and then keep digging for rap in other languages. Korean and Japanese rap came next. Then Philippine one. I've got this thing for Asian languages. Then I discovered some Polish rappers and they were actually good. They got me interested in "other European languages" ;) rap. Finnish rap is definitely good. :D

So there is really good rap but most seriously talented rappers do it more so as a hobby since they love it and get xtra cash. Like this one guy Are who is easily one of the best writer in here but studied himself to be a teacher for reliable income. His friend Stepa who also did have some songs in radio did the same excat thing to become a teacher. So it sucks that actually talented and good artists that does hip hop and not pop rap have a timelimit in their career. Then usually new ones rises up from that and so on, younger folks just try to mimic too much what comes from US so for example trap used to be highly popular but then again we don't have high crime-rates so it's kinda this comic trap and it isn't good or funny but just lazy and unimaginative. So I'm trying to say that mainstream rap in finland for the Most part sucks hard but there is a lot of Really good stuff if people know from where to look. (Well one guy Huge L delivers post and never stopped working while he puts usually out atleast 3 albums in a year 😂 He has a home studio, makes all the beats and so on. He actually made the beat for the song Jokaiselle Jotakin that is in the list I wrote).
The second guy is Korean Freestyle young boss Olltii, when it comes to freestyle he the legend, the host of MIC SWAGGER4 and more, base on rap skill he is on different level

I'm Korean...and I honestly haven't messed with K-pop or k-rap since when I was stationed in Korea back in 2012 or so.....I thought K-rap was so whack...except for Tiger JK and Dynamic Duo and a few others. When I hear K-rap here and there I do like that they are evolving as MC's...clean cadences....punch lines...but if u really pay attention though they are trend hopping with this new age mumble rap and stuff that I don't like as well. The beats that come out of K-pop and K-rap goes hard though. But yea I highly encourage you to listen to some Dynamic Duo...they are true MCs.
