Can you give any tips for water/ lakes? I just discovered your page and found this video extremely helpful. I want to create something similar to this but with a lake but getting that depth/shadow is a struggle

I’ve found if you turn on a perspective grid and set a horizon line it helps to draw out a river or lake! I try to think of the shadows as waves or texture on the water. Just some ideas!

@@Elseweyr thank you for the tip! That makes sense cause free handing/trying to blend and make it as realistic /not flat as possible is frustrating 😂. I’m still relatively newer to procreate so have not gotten a handle on all of the options /features within it. Feels like I can play around on it for hours and still discover a new tool (just learned today I can make a custom brush from another one of your videos!)Haha😄
