I really like riding through cacti forests like on this video but you’ve got to be wary of getting flat tires. Where I come from it’s all large forests of Douglas fir trees…so cactus are very interesting! Thanks for watching!
I was in Tucson once for a daytrip to the zoo. You can see alot of landscape distance from there. The scenery is so awesome where you are riding. Love the big cactus! Looks like a fun ride!
love this. I worked in Tucson for a number of years until 2017. Really enjoyed the hiking biking there. Landing on a prickly pear was not a favourite though😉
I am planning to ride a couple of the better segments of the Lemon Drop. Not sure I want to redo the whole thing…it turns into a pretty big day and I’m not yet fit for the season. But who knows?
I love this route, it's like a maze through the bushes!
A maze through a cactus forest!
Awesome video. I really enjoyed seeing the cactus. We sure don’t have them in middle Georgia. Looks like a fun trail. Pedal safe

Yup it was fun…but I’ve also got a few bucket list trails in Tucson yet to ride!
love that area. any direction you go is awesome.
Yes I couldn’t decide which direction, and it didn’t look like it mattered. Going to ride more of Tucson soon!
Tucson Mountain Loop and Robles Loop/Ginsler trailhead are quite similar to Sweetwater terrain. Just more elevation change. @@ronsanderson99

Yea, you learn to be very wary of the cacti…but also very beautiful when they bloom in the spring. Thanks for watching!
Were you able to ride Mt Lemmon on this trip Ron?
