Hi have been diagnosed Autistic, I just watched your Alien video. You opened up to everyone wow I am not there yet and am struggling more than any one knows, for some reason I couldn't comment on that page so really hoping you will read this. You said lots of things I could relate to, like being open, good with animals. Liking nice stones & the ugly ones :-) . I have sat in my essex rural garden in a world of my own and a small bird came over and I was able to hand feed it a passing creepy crawly. That was when I was carm but people at work and around me are draining my soul and I and now looking at the world through a window or bubble that I can't seem to get free from. I would love to be able to message you some how but not good with technology anymore. I liked your posted pictures space and nature. I have ADHD to. My Autistic referral was from an NHS coach so snap there. You sounded like you understood as few seem to and I mask so much I don't know who I am any more. Anyway as not to go on to long , Thank you for making the video as it must have been hard.

Sincere encouragement to move to a place that has more nature and is a slower pace of life. Having watched some of your other videos it's apparent how you come alive and benefit in nature. A favorite quote: "The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness." - John Muir
I did the same years ago and never regret it. Moved from a large city with a constant din of noise, traffic jams, crime, the only nature crowded into city parks, to a small, rural town where every morning I take walks in nature, and throughout the seasons x-country ski in local mountains, hike and mt. bike on forest trails, and got connected in the community through volunteering with various non-profit organizations; just spent the afternoon gardening at a food bank garden.
    Success in your adventure!

"The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness." This is beautiful and rings so true! Thank you for sharing this & a bit of your story. It paints such a beautiful picture of your life. I grew up in more remote, nature-filled places, so in a sense it will feel like coming home in more ways than one, I'm sure. Thank you so much for your kind words, so lovely to receive! 🤗

You're very welcome! I shared a bit of my story to help illustrate that big changes for the positive can be made in our lives. I wish you much success and happiness in realizing your dreams and coming home!
“Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn.”

Omg, I've done the little note thing when dropping books that were meaningful to me at the free exchange libraries! I feel like a bit of my soul goes there and I hope it brings happiness to the next person who picks them, and the next after them.
I'm also an immigrant, I've moved around a lot, and now I crave roots. I crave to have a garden with fruit trees and veggies and herbs and flowers like I had growing up on the other side of the ocean and opposite hemisphere. Now I'm finding myself again in a new country, new city, new language and trying to figure life out. It's being so challenging.
I feel that I can relate so much to you and you help me find my own strength by sharing your journey. Can't wait to see where life leads you! 🍃✨

Oh that is so cute of you - I love that you feel the same about leaving little notes! Something so romantic about sharing books and especially with people unknown to us! I hope you find your dream home & garden soon to set some roots. I believe if we truly want something and aim for it - really visualise it, it will come to us 'Where attention goes, energy flows'. Let's see where this life takes us! 🌿🍃

Hello Makayla, long time don’t see… talking about moving some other place, calm and relaxing.. I have never been in England but I know that in United Kingdom there are many places that you can consider peaceful and away from the noise of the city, close to the ocean maybe? …good luck in your search for a more peaceful place, hope you find the right place, listen to your ❤️

I’ve lived in Sheffield my whole life and love it. There is plenty of beautiful parks dotted all over, being one of the greenest cities. Sheffield is really like a big village. Nice people. Lots of quiet areas to live outside the city centre. I live near a nature reserve. Also there is a Tropical Butterfly House and Wildlife Conservation Park not far away. In the city centre there is the peace gardens and the winter gardens that has many trees and plants from around the world. Also many different types of restaurants, great places also for live music like the O2, City hall. Crucible, Playhouse and Lyceum theatres for going to see plays. Lovely coffee shops, etc. Cheap public transport. Easy to get to Leeds, Bakewell, Chatsworth house. Also Sheffield is lucky to have Rother valley country park nearby, where you can do jet skiing, zip lining, walking, pic nics, bike riding. Also the Peak District is very close by train. Beautiful lakes and mountain walks. If you’re wanting to be close to the coast Newcastle upon Tyne is also great. Lovely people. Good luck.🤞🏻🤞🏻

That is one of the best sales pitches for an area I've ever read! And funnily enough, an area that I have actually looked at recently! Thank you for such a wonderfully written & detailed low-down on Sheffield. I can see why it's a great place to live! So much to do and see - I'll have to plan a trip to check in out in person!! 😁

@@recoverywithme Ahh thanks. You will love the vibe of Sheff and Yorkshire. A good place to stay is Mercure Sheffield St Paul's Hotel & Spa. In walking distance you then have great value for money breakfast places such as Howst,Cavells Café Bar and the cabin. Other good value places to eat, with friendly staff are Caffe Piazza, Silversmiths, Ego Mediterranean, True Love’s that is overlooking the canal and boats on the Victoria quays. For a special occasion VeraGusto is lovely. If you would like to get out of the city centre not too far away is Abbey, serving lovely food, after you can walk over to Graves park where there are beautiful streams, countryside and woodland walks, a lake and further along a farm with a variety of animals in the area of Woodseats. The train from the city centre also takes around 25 minutes to Bamford. This is a lovely walk in the Peak District around the Ladybower reservoir. Enjoy 😀

I don’t know where you’re going to end up but I’m sure you’re going to be fine wherever it is❤I suggest beaches and blue water. I’m not familiar with London or the UK for that matter but visit plenty places before you drop anchor for a long period. I wish you all the best, you’re a sweetheart 🥰

Aww this is so awesome for you and exciting! I live in the South West, in Bristol. It's a cool city, quite liberal and left-wing with relaxed vibes. It's near the coast and the countryside. The cons are that housing is expensive in comparison to salaries. The rental market is insane. Our public transport system is total shite 😩 good luck with your search! 💖 Lucy

I lived in Bristol before London as it happens! I definitely wasted a lot of time in bars rather than enjoying the area for its beauty. Somerset as a whole will always be a special place for me - who knows! Perhaps I'm due a re-visit, admittedly it's been years. It is a wicked place & I'm glad you love where you live!! 😁

@@recoverywithme it was my little fantasy to downsize everything (I already love the minimalist aesthetic and way of living) and live in a static caravan near Exmouth. However, the holiday park industry is unregulated and the fees for living in a caravan are HUGE. So I will have to save for a little cottage or something!!
