Hey GothamPaladin, I think this would make for a great crossover story. You inspired me to have my own spin at this. One thing I'd change is that Bruce Wayne should be approached by a VIP member to join Squid Games as a VIP. Bruce Wayne is known for being a billionaire playboy, so it's likely that if Bruce Wayne goes to South Korea on a business trip, a business associate he meets could actually be a VIP member. And that VIP member could introduce him to the games. The more Bruce's business associate reveals information about the games, the more Bruce realizes the potential horror of the squid games. He follows this up by reading about reports of missing people all across South Korea that all occur at the same time every so often. This resolves Batman to want to investigate and stop the Squid Games before they start. In my story, I imagine Bruce Wayne would accept the invitation so that he could be on the inside while also recruiting a superhero from South Korea to help him investigate the Squid Games from the outside. He realizes that a superhero specifically from South Korea is useful because they might have connections in Korea that Batman doesn't. He also realizes that now that he is a VIP, he is probably being watched even before the Squid Games start. When he knows he isn't being watched, Batman does his own investigations. In his investigations in Seoul, he meets Gi-hun, who helps him understand what the horror of the Squid Games is like as a contestant. He finds out that Gi-hun has his own plan to stop the Squid Games. Although he understands Gi-hun's noble intentions, Batman shuts down his plans because of how dangerous they are. Batman points out to Gi-hun that he has been under surveillance by the Squid Games ever since he left the games, including now. Batman gets Gi-hun to instead help him from the outside without taking the risk of going back in the games. Batman's actions inadvertently save the life of the loan shark crew's boss. While mingling with the VIPs, Bruce realizes the depth of the power of the people who financially back the Squid Games. These are billionaires, CEOs, and heads of governments. He also discovers the lucrative organ operation that they're doing. He figures out that in order to destroy the Squid Games, he will have to expose everyone involved in a way that is very revealing and impossible to misinterpret, all while still acting like a sleezy billionaire in front of the other VIPs. However, Batman's main slip up was teaming up with a South Korean superhero. While Batman is very secretive, this superhero isn't quite as secretive as Batman despite their best efforts. The Squid Games host has powerful allies. The host is able to track this superhero down and his family because they live in South Korea. After the host threatens his family and secret identity, he gets the superhero to turn on Batman and track his movements... That's all I have for now. But yeah, I think this idea is awesome lol. I think it would be crazy fun if someone or even the creators made a crossover short or something like that about this topic.
Batman for sure is gonna be flabberghasted learning just HOW MUCH reach the Squid Game has on alot. After all there not call Squid Games for nothing (me reffering to the squid having multiple tentacles on many different things keeping themselves in control)
as much as everyone says "it'd be light work" i like that you went in deatail about what he would do and how he'd go about stopping it, very fun video! and i honestly think the front man could be a cool villian with how much power he has and everything after you highlighted about him
Another interesting approach is to have him use his real identity as Bruce Wayne to learn more about Squid Games as a VIP. It’s likely that he would try to learn about the frontman or the other VIP’s so he can better understand the operation and dismantle it from the inside.
Its the wisest choice, since going Arkham Batman, while Fun, won't exactly solve everything on its own. We don't even know the exact extent of VIPs that watch the games beyond the breadcrumbs from Season 1. Batman could be dealing with a much bigger Upper Class Conspiracy, and the only way he would know was if he blended in with the other VIPs.
I think Batman would go after the VIPs after learning that Oh Il-nam was the founder of the Squid Game from Seong Gi-hun he would figure out who the VIPs are and take them down to shut down all the Squid Games since they are global and happen in many countries. He would only go after the game itself if it was ongoing when he figured out the identities of the VIPs. Also if the Justice League exists then he calls them in
Its feasible, if a bit time consuming. Since it depends on whether or not Batman will Infiltrate as a VIP Himself and play the long game, or straight up go Arkham Batman A Minute In.
@@eagleye2893 He would not infiltrate as a VIP he would figure out who they were and show up in their homes and bring them down there. The only reason he would go into the game is if it was ongoing so he could stop it.
@@sleepy9102 That merely identifies who comes in or out as VIPs. We don’t know how Staff like the Frontman actually move from place to place, but its doubtful they would be tracked easily. Remember the Games Operate on a Global Scale, that’s a bit out of Batman’s Usual Juristiction given he mainly operates in Gotham (Or that he struggles to keep a filter on those outside Gotham’s Juristiction like Amanda Waller).
Most realistic and likely scenario that would happen if we go by comic logic is, when the front man finds out batman is sniffing for the games, he either shuts the games entirely (not wanting to attract the Justice League), or with massive amounts of money, just contracts some supervillains, kind of like Luthor.
This is practically a weekend for him. Honestly, even if the Front Man managed to escape he would spend the rest of his time either hyper paranoid or become obsessed with capturing Batman like he was an elusive white whale. With each failed attempt or near miss slowly leading him to full blown public super villainy.
4:35 The problem I see with this is that all survivors are under constant watch, as seen by Gi-hun at the end of season 1 when he is told to board the plane. It's most likely a security measure, simply because they wanna make sure that nobody spills the beans. Before they could answer Batmans questions, they would most likely be shot by a sniper. But the other aspect that needs to be considered is that it's Batman we're talking about. He would most likely know about that beforehand and take out these snipers or even if somehow he didn't know about them, he'd go about it differently next time for sure. So he would get the info, it just wouldn't be as easy.
Nah, that would be out of character. Remember that for Batman's entire existence, Gotham has not gotten any better. And that's one city. Batman would just spend his money the only way he knows, on more toys.
@@HoangNguyen-rd6qy Batman has in-fact constantly spent money on charity to improve Gotham, Bruce Wayne has a reputation for doing that, it's just that charity doesn't stop super villains.

The only issue is that Korea isn't the only place where the games are held. If Batman wants to properly shut down the Games Period, he has to Gather Evidence via Infiltration as a VIP. So less Arkham Batman Combat and more Covert Spy Work
@ People are coming from other Countries Though. Its still also held in Korea, which isn’t even in the same country as Gotham. Batman already has alot on his plate not just with the Justice League but having to navigate the Jurisdictions of Non Gotham Cities and America in General.
@@eagleye2893 What? The Games are not in other countries plus I don't see anyone who's from another country in the Games except for Ali but he came to Korea for a job and met the recruiter in the subway
Well Beast Games is just Squid Games but without the armed gunmen so it'd be much easier. And since Beast Games is already public all Batman would have to do is find irrefutable evidence of abuses there (which should be easy enough) or use his money and just sue Jimmy.
Also if this were to involve more DC characters I can imagine Catwoman as Selina Kyle would be in the games playing a similar role to Sae-Byeok given she has been established has living in a slum before, and this gives Bruce more pressure to shut down these games. Now obviously the Korean origin of the game is unusual but I can imagine there would be recruiters elsewhere (VIPs did say there were games in other countries)
Bro Hugo strange straight up knew batman's identity. He also had an army like this and had eyes over batman. Batman still was able to defeat hugo despite of everything
And if you have played Arkham City then in the trailer itself hugo sees batman interrogating one of the tiger soldiers. Hugo later tortures the same soldier. The same thing might happen here but bruce is always one step ahead. Even if he is caught off guard he still gets a W over his enemies so him worrying about some random guard from the squid game doesn't make sense
Squid Game verse is so ridiculously lightweight work for Batman, he has been through far superior obstacles. And he is way smarter than everyone in the verse, and it’s not even close. We are talking about someone who was playing chess with some of the greatest villains of all time including Joker who’s one of the smartest in fiction. He has taken down organizations that are a lot more dangerous, even Darkseid organizations. He would completely stomp, and No Diff the entire verse with ease. Frontman is an extremely smart character, one of the smartest I’ve seen in a long time. But compared to Batman it’s not even a competition, this would be one of the easiest organizations Batman ever shut down.
nexflix X rocksteady create a 4th/5th batman game which happens after batman fakes his own death in Arkham knight, so batman goes to south korea and takes down the squid games
FRONT MAN: You want to shut down our operations? What can one man in a costume do? BATMAN: I just bought the rights to the games as well as all the locations hosting them. FRONT MAN: Nvm, we'll start closing down.
@Arkhambattles i think people undermine bale's batman too much, he was literally taught to 'engage 600 people' and even handled a swat team while saving hostages, i mean these pink ahh soldiers don't have bane level strength and awareness, i think he'd do fine
"Huh that's an interesting idea but it's not like the Front Man is like a proper Batman villain or anyth... holy crap wait the Front Man is totally a Batman villain" - me
The question is WHICH one in the Korean Peninsula. The cop has spent 3 years (albeit the fishermen isn't helping him at all) and hasn't gotten close. The date of when the games takes place isn't ever announce and plus the Red Light Green Light game only opens the ceiling for 1 day. This is not to question the satellite specs, but know the date and place is important first
@Osmo-7777 Batman has MULTIPLE satellites, he can easy move one above Korean. The cop has limited resources compared to Batman who is rich and the greatest detective alive (in DC). About the game being under ground, satellite do have thermal camera (or maybe Batman has some more advanced tech in his satellite), Batman could track boat movements also. Even if he cannot pin point the exact island he has a jet who can operate 24/7 unlike the cop who went to search for the island with the captain (who was working with the organisation anyways). For the date, according to S2, they pick participants around the same time of the year, so being Batman, he could easily make the connection when ~400 people disappeared out of nowhere.
@samuel_cr22 Alright all fair and good but if hey ya wanna have a crossover, make it fun! Cause if its gonna a showboat of Batman emaculate strength and feats all the time, was the point of it.
I believe the moment the frontman gets information that Batman is in Korea, he will take extra precautionary measures, as Batman's reputation has certainly spread from Gotham that Batman is the best detective and Batman's visit to Korea most likely means that Batman has received information about the Squid games.
Logistically speaking, it’d be easy for Batman to find the island, and probably fairly easy for him to take down the operation.. at least making it much harder for them to conduct the games. I don’t see this as much of an issue for him
I think the Frontman and Batman would have an interesting dynamic with each other if he was in the DC verse. A guy who kills people because he sees human greed, and in multiple occasions he's been proven right that human greed is a horrible thing. Alongside everyone else in the game not caring if someone dies, and actively killing people just for their own freedom, I can see him having one of the best dynamics with the Bat. I can also see Bruce being surprised that he gives them the choice to leave after every game, and even more surprised that even with their want to stay alive, their greed clouds their better judgement. TLDR: Batman and Frontman would have a good dynamic if he was in DC verse.
Finally the type of cinema mindset been waiting to see. Who cares is cakewalk for Batman to shutdown the games, this dynamic character interactions is the focal point
If Batman and Squid Games are in the same universe then he can investigate about it more as Bruce Wayne Compared to batman. Through his billionaire circles and contacts.
A really fun way to raise the stakes for Batman is to give the front man some connections in a group like the court of owls. Imagine a riddler like series of games set up specifically for for bruce because of knowledge of him coming
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Batman has had experience with something similar to the Squid Games put on by someone like The Court of Owls or something.
They are two possible scenarios: Batman hunting down the frontman, or Bruce Wayne participating in the Squid games. The latter of which is much more interesting.
Sounds like a typical Tuesday thing Batman will do. None of these guys has superpowers so they don't stand a chance. Robin might even have to stay in the Batcave or Batman will get bored.
Batman could also sneak onto the island and into the frontman’s office without anyone knowing and just wait in there until the frontman is alone then he has an upper hand
I love Squid Game, but Batman had a contingency plan for taking out every memeber of the Justice League. Batman would be more rich than all the VIPs combined too. Batman would easily be able to stop the Squid Game Operation
Honestly I think Batman would probably find out about the games through Bruce Wayne getting an invite to be a V.I.P. at the games. At least depending on how the V.I.P.s are able to go and spectate the games.
He could definitely have Bruce Wayne disguised as a V.I.P. and infiltrate it’s defenses and when given the chance he collects evidence and location and sends it directly to his satellite where Batman returns later to shut down the operation.
About 10 minutes in, great video, just thought of something. Wouldnt a much easier solution not even really involve batman? He finds out a bunch of people are missing in korea, he tries to find the MO, finds out they're all impoverished, gives each a fraction of his ridiculous fortune so there's noone left to take for the games. Just an idea, obviously its not water tight Edit: nvm, he says it a few minutes later. Fantastic video lmao
I think one huge issue Batman would have if he tried to stop a game in progress is they'd definitely threaten the contestants. Also, sending a ton of money out to people could do more harm than good as it could cause worse inflation of the south Korean economy.
I feel like Batman could probably stop the whole thing by the time the third game happens if he arrives day early or one but if he arrives a week early he can probably stop it while game one is happening
Tecknically I think it's reasonable to assume they are having people there to prep for the games. I.e making sure the doll's head and control room works making sure Plumbing, HVAC, and food are stocked up. Ammo and weapon preping they only hire armed guards just to train in advance compared to Os they might hire them quarterly.

They deadass should make a comic crossover
@DC please hear our voice
I'd read it lol
as much as everyone says "it'd be light work" i like that you went in deatail about what he would do and how he'd go about stopping it, very fun video! and i honestly think the front man could be a cool villian with how much power he has and everything after you highlighted about him
Another interesting approach is to have him use his real identity as Bruce Wayne to learn more about Squid Games as a VIP.
I think batman putting a tracker in one of jumpsuit guys will guarantee getting the island location without getting exposed
No need he has his own satellites
That idea was explore in S2. Front Man knew or guess rightly about Gi Hung plans so the tracker was thrown out
"Mr. Frontman. We've received reports of some guy called Batman planning to stop us."
*"...Shit."*
@ He would still need Evidence, which still neccesitate discretion. The Games have a protocol that punishes showing your face on the Job.
Just check the private planes that fly to the island easy.
Bro this would be just another Tuesday for Batman 💀
Arkam Batman can easily beat squid game but Lego Batman could beat without even trying
Most realistic and likely scenario that would happen if we go by comic logic is, when the front man finds out batman is sniffing for the games, he either shuts the games entirely (not wanting to attract the Justice League), or with massive amounts of money, just contracts some supervillains, kind of like Luthor.
I can't believe there aren't any official comics or even fancomics about Joker making his own death games that works like Squid Games.
If Batman can handle cults and organizations like the League of Assassins and Court of Owls, I’m sure Batman can manage his own in the Squid Games
Batman goes in debt😢
That would also be interesting…
Oh please Bats has too much prep time
He invested in batcoin
@@GothamPaladin absolute batman....
Yo Peter Griffin what’s good
Batman owns multiple satellites, building, technology no one invented and hides in the show 100%. He is ten steps ahead of the squid game
I think Batman (as Bruce Wayne) would have the survivor checked for tracking devices. After all he himself does use technology to track his rogues.
I feel like if batman found out about the squid game operations, he'd exploit it to the public and just help the people in debt with his own money
No Batman has used his money to help the people of Gotham. Bruce Wayne is a philanthropist and has a bunch of chairty programs, and that one time he convinced grunts to ditch a supervillain since he offered them adult rehabilitation to get a secure job. It's just last I heard in-canon Gotham is cursed so yeah unless Batman learns magic that isn't going away anytime soon.@@HoangNguyen-rd6qy
@@ibraheemshuaib8954and most of the vilains had a good education in universities funded by bruce they just batshit insane ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@HoangNguyen-rd6qy no. Batman helps Gotham physically, economically and morally. He has created numerous educational institutions for reformed criminals and has created several charities just to help Gotham's economy, education, and societal problems. That is fully in character. It's just that Gotham was literally cursed lol
This is basically Batman vs The Riddler with funding from The Court of Owls
he defeated an entire army in one night and defeated some of the greatest villains in one night and stopped a high security operation massacre while extremely sick he would easily stop squid game
The only issue is that Korea isn't the only place where the games are held. If Batman wants to properly shut down the Games Period, he has to Gather Evidence via Infiltration as a VIP. So less Arkham Batman Combat and more Covert Spy Work
@@eagleye2893 Batman has plenty of robots to deploy for information and combat at any time if needed
@@eagleye2893 The Games are not in other countries
@ People are coming from other Countries Though. Its still also held in Korea, which isn’t even in the same country as Gotham. Batman already has alot on his plate not just with the Justice League but having to navigate the Jurisdictions of Non Gotham Cities and America in General.
@@eagleye2893 What? The Games are not in other countries plus I don't see anyone who's from another country in the Games except for Ali but he came to Korea for a job and met the recruiter in the subway
Alternatively, batman shows up in the final batsuit and rocks their sh*t
Bruce could enter as a VIP and recon the island before he makes his move as Batman
Now this is the kind of quality content I come to the internet for
I'm pretty sure Bruce Wayne is more than qualified to be a VIP and take it down from the inside
Now here's the other question: Could Batman take down Beast Games?
Oh, he will and can (100%)
Well Beast Games is just Squid Games but without the armed gunmen so it'd be much easier. And since Beast Games is already public all Batman would have to do is find irrefutable evidence of abuses there (which should be easy enough) or use his money and just sue Jimmy.
In Squid Game, this is the main plot.
In DC, it's the introduction to the new member of the Batfam.
I'd even dare to say any of the Robins can take the Squid Games down with Barbara on comms.
I like to imagine Bruce Wayne is on a business trip in South Korea and hears of this game that’s how he decides to investigate
Short answer: yes
Long answer: this video might be interesting
nexflix X rocksteady create a 4th/5th batman game which happens after batman fakes his own death in Arkham knight, so batman goes to south korea and takes down the squid games
FRONT MAN: You want to shut down our operations? What can one man in a costume do?
BATMAN: I just bought the rights to the games as well as all the locations hosting them.
FRONT MAN: Nvm, we'll start closing down.
Batman:"Alfred give me the hellbat suit"
Overkill 😂
That's an absolute overkill.
His absolute Batman suit is already enough
I know it's overkill but this is Batman were talking about
Every single guard:
Try OOF!
OoF
What kind of question is that? It's like putting a superman against Loki, squid game wouldn't survive a month against Batman
if this is Christopher nolans or Arkham batman they are cooked
Arkham Batman is definitely ending the games easily😂
Arkham Batman has a fucking tank
Batbale is weak
It's more like Batfleck and Arkham Batman
@Arkhambattles i think people undermine bale's batman too much, he was literally taught to 'engage 600 people' and even handled a swat team while saving hostages, i mean these pink ahh soldiers don't have bane level strength and awareness, i think he'd do fine
you know, squid game does actually just sound like a batman villain plot now that you bring it up...
His armor is bullet proof he could just walk in and takedown everyone not sure if he would find the island before people died though
"Huh that's an interesting idea but it's not like the Front Man is like a proper Batman villain or anyth... holy crap wait the Front Man is totally a Batman villain" - me
Hydrogen Bomb Vs. Coughing baby
Bro batman deals with Darkseid level threat on a daily basis 💀
Batman has his own satellites, so finding the island location is easy peasy
The question is WHICH one in the Korean Peninsula. The cop has spent 3 years (albeit the fishermen isn't helping him at all) and hasn't gotten close. The date of when the games takes place isn't ever announce and plus the Red Light Green Light game only opens the ceiling for 1 day. This is not to question the satellite specs, but know the date and place is important first
@Osmo-7777
Batman has MULTIPLE satellites, he can easy move one above Korean.
In DCEU Justice League, Batman tells the flash, he has 6 satellites
@samuel_cr22 Alright all fair and good but if hey ya wanna have a crossover, make it fun! Cause if its gonna a showboat of Batman emaculate strength and feats all the time, was the point of it.
@@Osmo-7777 Jun-ho would've found the island years ago if the fisherman isn't a plant from Frontman. Batman won't even take 20 minutes to do that lol
I believe the moment the frontman gets information that Batman is in Korea, he will take extra precautionary measures, as Batman's reputation has certainly spread from Gotham that Batman is the best detective and Batman's visit to Korea most likely means that Batman has received information about the Squid games.
1:49 thats all i had to hear.end of the video.
Haha
Although, it should be noted that at least half the people need to agree to leave, otherwise it won't happen.
Bro Batman fights against armies every friday
"Alfred, prepare the disruptor. Red light, Green light is going to begin soon."
batman could knock this out in 2 days. 1 to actually get to the island, and 1 to shut everything down
If Batman and Squid Games are in the same universe then he can investigate about it more as Bruce Wayne Compared to batman.
Honestly squid games operation does sound and looks like something Batman would go through
This would be light work for Batman.. “The Bat has no jurisdiction” -The Joker
"There's nothing mere about *that* mortal!"
He can infiltrate as the VIP and he can dismantle the operation once he learns everything he needs
They are two possible scenarios:
Batman hunting down the frontman, or Bruce Wayne participating in the Squid games. The latter of which is much more interesting.
Watch BTAS episode “the forgotten”
It’s a bit smaller in scale but does feel very similar to the concept
Sounds like a typical Tuesday thing Batman will do. None of these guys has superpowers so they don't stand a chance. Robin might even have to stay in the Batcave or Batman will get bored.

Batman could also sneak onto the island and into the frontman’s office without anyone knowing and just wait in there until the frontman is alone then he has an upper hand

@@YuotiKinto Officer Balls

I love Squid Game, but Batman had a contingency plan for taking out every memeber of the Justice League.
Batman would be more rich than all the VIPs combined too.
Batman would easily be able to stop the Squid Game Operation
Leave it to GP to always come up with a great original concept
Appreciate it bro!
Bro the fucking Punisher would solo the squid games. Course Batman could
Batman can always save the day
True very true
He would probably find out about the VIP's and he would either act like he wants to become one and be the benefactor of these games
South Korea ❌
“Around the South Korean area” ✅
I haven’t even watched the video, but the answer is yes. Reasoning he’s literally Batman
Great concept, I've never seen squid games but I might give it a watch
It’s a good show would recommend!
@GothamPaladin Hey man, cool video, but I was wondering what is the outro theme?
MVC2 - River Stage theme!
Take a shot every time he says "Batman"
About 10 minutes in, great video, just thought of something. Wouldnt a much easier solution not even really involve batman? He finds out a bunch of people are missing in korea, he tries to find the MO, finds out they're all impoverished, gives each a fraction of his ridiculous fortune so there's noone left to take for the games. Just an idea, obviously its not water tight
Edit: nvm, he says it a few minutes later. Fantastic video lmao
Batman couldn’t stop a clown with a crowbar
I think one huge issue Batman would have if he tried to stop a game in progress is they'd definitely threaten the contestants. Also, sending a ton of money out to people could do more harm than good as it could cause worse inflation of the south Korean economy.
I feel like Batman could probably stop the whole thing by the time the third game happens if he arrives day early or one but if he arrives a week early he can probably stop it while game one is happening
Tecknically I think it's reasonable to assume they are having people there to prep for the games. I.e making sure the doll's head and control room works
making sure Plumbing, HVAC, and food are stocked up.
Ammo and weapon preping
they only hire armed guards just to train in advance compared to Os they might hire them quarterly.
Of course he could he's batman!
