Laag in DSG? I'm the owner of a Slavia 1.5 DSG. I've been using it for the past 10 months, and I didn't feel any lag, especially when you use sports mode or Manual mode. There is absolutely no lag!!! And you said it right, on highways, this car is fantastic.

Auto start-stop functions works well. So he feel the lag. ' Thats to protect the dsg gear box in heavy traffic. We can switch off this function. Otherwise no lag at all. I am using the same white gt plus dsg for last 10 months. Fun to drive car

This is not edge, this one is only gt plus and you can adjust the boot cable so you can avoid the boot issue.
