    Wes UA-cam Channel about Poland: / @whereswes
Hi, I’m Rafael Cintron, and welcome to my channel! I’m the founder of Wealthy Expat, a company that helps people with a lot of money get a second citizenship and move to another country. We also help our clients find ways to pay less tax by using smart, legal strategies in places like Dubai, which has very low taxes.
    Here’s a little about me:
I’ve traveled to more than 80 countries and gained new citizenships along the way.
Early on, I realized regular tax systems can be tough, so I started learning how to lower taxes legally.
My company, Wealthy Expat, has helped over 500 clients with things like setting up businesses in other countries, protecting their money, and getting new residencies or citizenships.
Our team takes care of everything for our clients-from opening offshore bank accounts to securing Dubai residency or even getting citizenship by investment.
I started this channel to share my experiences and tips with others who want more freedom and financial security.
Today, Wealthy Expat keeps growing, and we’re here to help you protect and grow your wealth in a world where freedom is getting harder to find.
Let’s start building your path to freedom!

From my understanding, the Schengen rule is you can stay up to 90 days but you cannot simply go to London for a day and fly back to reset the 90 day limit.
There is a 90/180 rule which means every day you stay in Poland/schengen countries, you need to leave for up to 90 days to restart your stay.
I’m a Canadian citizen but it could be different for US passport holders but I doubt it.

.. From my observation and historical market pattern, there might be a bit of turbulence in the market coming up, but here's the deal: Trying to guess what's going to happen next is less important than spreading your bets when trading and thinking long term. It's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady...managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 732k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Aaron Joel, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape

You both have very accurate observations about Poland and Polish people. I will add from my own - in Poland there are dozens of palaces and castles for sale, which are 200-300 years old and are surrounded by palace parks or forests and which you can buy for yourself, renovate and turn into a luxurious residence in Polish or German style, establish a stud farm of Arabian horses and invite Polish princes and counts to balls, especially wealthy ones like Prince Jan Lubomirski - you just have to be a wealthy man

Actually I have a decent overview of Swiss and French alpine end game resorts including Zermatt, Chamonix, Saas Fee, Cervinia and I have to disagree in many ways with you. Apart from a partial skiing discrimination due to the National Park terms, there's a much verstatile and more pronounced overall touristic offer within the city itself. The ambience of the Zakopane resort provides a vide range of a featured regional restaurants is way more vibrant than most of the western competitiors, where the ambience pretty much fades the moment you leave the Apres ski areas. That is pretty much it.

I heard in germany you can only work as a foriegnor, if you get a residence permit. You first buy the residence in germany. Germany unlike some countries allows foriegnors to buy property, then you go to the government to apply for visa. It says you pretty much got to stay there 5 years, it used to be 8 years to become eligible for citizenship. Never been to bavaria, or berlin. But I saw houses in southwest Germany. They were expensive, $300,000 homes in stuttgart.

Pretty much all the major foreign investment in the property market is not of Ukrainian origin. Show me any high-rise building funded by that money. All the top buildings were started or planned before 2022. I’m not sure where you're getting that from. Maybe for you, ~6,000 apartments bought by Ukrainians(2023) seem like a huge amount, but I wouldn’t consider it that way. Of course, Poland received a lot of additional money, very skilled people, and overall working power, along with new businesses, but things were already going well before 2022.

What are you saying in your video about there not being many safe places left? I've lived my whole life in the Netherlands, and it's never been as safe as it is now. I've traveled all over Europe and never had any issues. There are plenty of safe places in Europe. Know the facts and please don't sell fear. And don't generalize an entire continent if you haven't lived here your whole life 😉

My sister lives in Montréal in Canada and I Can tell you that without Immigration, Canada is nothing.Immigration, especially skilled immigration, plays a crucial role in Canada's economic and social development. Highly educated immigrants contribute to innovation, entrepreneurship, and the labor market, filling gaps in key industries like healthcare, technology, and engineering. They help sustain economic growth and counterbalance aging demographics. Many bring global expertise, enhancing Canada’s competitiveness in research and business. Additionally, elite immigrants often invest in businesses, creating jobs and boosting the economy. Their cultural diversity also enriches Canadian society, fostering global connections.
