I keep zip ties in my vehicle. When I see someone being a jerk and not returning their kart, maybe a zip tie and kart get attached to the vehicle sometimes. LMFAO!!!
They should just get the paid for carts. If the people don't want their coin back there will be kids around eager to earn a few bucks from returning it.
I for one am very grateful when there is a cart near my car in a parking lot so that I can use it for balance while walking into the store. Since the odds of any store having an functioning, available, charged electric cart are very slim it is necessary for some disabled persons to endure pain with every step to accomplish basic tasks. Delivery is too expensive for most of us and even pick up services charge fees, overcharge items and just make a mess of the orders causing one to have to enter the store to fix things anyway so might as well avoid the hassel. If I find a cart in the parking lot and then leave it there when I'm done I do NOT deserve a visit from the cart Natzis! Mind your own damn business! And be grateful your body isn't wracked with disease.
Hi. If you call every disturbed woman KAREN it gets confusing. Some people even call Black women Karen when their behavior is that of a Betty (see Black Betty). This woman is an Angela defending her angel. Angela is very common. But when speaking of her mention her angel. Some readers go too far involving clear criminal behsvior but you seem okay so far.
When you have crappy butt-hole neighbors (or HOA) cameras are a requirement, not an option. You should be discrete about the cameras. That way the butt-hole neighbors would keep up their actions and do something really illegal.
