this is the most confusing thing I have ever seen
It's not that confusing once you've done one. Also, there are easier levels than this. Novice easy, Novice regular, Easy 0. When having to go up I just look at if there is a hole in that position in the layer above.
I have no idea why you popped up in my recommended videos...but I seriously love your channel... I didn't know I needed this in my life but I guess I do...cant wait to watch more

I solved the black cubed pretty easily. I just shook the box around violently until the ball fell through the other side.
It's like a nightmare cube from Hellraiser. What a head melter

wtf..so far this is the most brain killer puzzle i watched...imagine solving that black one... probably gonna throw it on a wall..and burn it after losing the ball inside😅

You might actually have to try and draw the map on a piece of graph paper yourself to stand a chance with that one, though the extra marble makes it even more difficult to accurately map things out just based on sound. But I do think that's the way you're supposed to do it.
I mean yeah, it's probably really damn hard but it's in no way impossible. I imagine it's meant for absolute puzzle enthusiasts who are looking for a unique challenge and you're probably supposed to build yourself up to this one by solving the easier ones first and once you did that, and with the help of pen and paper, you will definitely have ways to solve this one too. You might not SEE anything but human beings have more senses than that. You can hear it run into walls, you can subtly feel its weight, etc. and that will give you enough clues to at least approximate your own map to use.
Pandsu Yo indeed. You summed it up nicely. Yeah it'll be very, very difficult but far, far from an impossible task. Impressive yes impossible hell nah.
I bought a black one a while back and had no idea what I'd gotten myself into! I could tell that it has an internal maze, but didn't know how to approach solving it other than trial and error. I didn't know there were these others that are easier, but I'm hoping to find them too.
i've bought the novice mean (orange) and i like it. multiple times i've lost my marble in the maze but i understood that i misread the map :) Now i can finish the puzzle and go back to the beginning thanks to the map on the opposite side. i'll buy a harder one soon
Great vidro Mr. Puzzle, as always, but I probably wouldn't enjoy this style of puzzle. That said, I'd enjoy watching you try and tackle one of the harder cubes.

Bought the set of 9 of these recently... all of them except the 3 that cant open. These really are incredibly difficult, arent they... The blue novice one is nice and easy, good introduction, but even the green novice one (small one with rounded edges, has 5 layers instead of 7) is a pretty big jump in difficulty. I havent quite managed it yet. Seeing you do the big green one so easily is impressive. Have you managed to solve any of the others yet? I cant even imagine how that black one without the map could ever be solved. Maybe it might be doable if you could open it and reset, but... permanently sealed? Sounds impossible!
Haven't tried the others so far. But I would like to do the red one soon and release a video.
Mr.Puzzle yeah you're an incredible puzzle solver
for try black one you need try use bandage on eyes and focus be in empty room to learn and listen carefull noises of ball when falls down and moves. It could be heavy metal punishment if you not like metallic sound >_< So first need exercise your ears with easier one

How much would you rate the difficulty for each of them?
I'm still at 4:50 but I noticed that you re-assembled the back incorrectly. The slot used to be at the top, but when you re-inserted the back again it was at the bottom, that doesn't look right!
At 4:42, he flipped the cube horizontaly, but it is meant to be fliped verticaly. It means that the back cover was upside-down. The correct set-up is such as the "front" and "back" cover are meant to have the slots "swapped". The video was wrong at the beginning, but after he reassembles the puzzle (at 5:40), he did it the right way, so he became able to solve it.
Edit: At 4:42, he already put a text on the video, explaining his mistake.

6:15 Novice ones (smaller ones) have rounded corners so they wont "hurt your brain".
im trying to do the red one ( awfull 0 ) and always seem to get stuck in a dead end. Kinda like a bug ? is it possible or i am missing something :S

Mental mapping, similar to the Revomaze
As child i get something similar somevere vith 10 layers but from transparent plastic thus ya see where bal is but cant realy grasp structure of labyrint .. there also was traps what make bal to fall back to previous layer. task was get from bottom to top layer

I didn't know this maze has only one route you have to follow.. That is not a real maze for me, but it is challenging because you have to rotate it every time without seeing where the ball is. A real maze for me has dead ends and loops, but then it would be impossible to solve without seeing. Imagine a transparant maze that is 3 Dimensional? with dead ends and loops at many places. So far there is not a real maze like that on the market.

How are you supposed to solve it without hearing/feeling the ball at least? Then it would just be guessing. Or memorizing the maze. Weird way to make it 'more difficult'.
I think it can be open, nothing cant be open..with a little bit of force, should be able to open it..but whats the fun in that..

I don't get how he did it correctly. He put the back piece on differently than how he took it off(ie he flipped it on accident).
It was on wrong at the beginning of the video, I own the cube and he put it together properly before solving. :)

I like watching you solve these puzzles but I’d never even attempt this kind of thing on my own. Just watching these sometimes pisses me off
I'm not sure why, but compared to those Revomazes this one doesn't seem much fun, not sure if it's the material or what... Maybe its the lack of direct control of what you want to take out of the maze. Anyways, I'd buy one of those if they weren't so freaking expensive!! lol
this puzzle would make a lot more sense as a clear plastic puzzle so you can see the ball on the inside., because you cant really effectively deduce where it is when it is inside and therefore what to do next. the only way to do it is to keep track of each move you have done since the beginning and even that is probably not a perfect science
From my point of view the "black box" is what makes this one so interesting and difficult.
Also you have the map on the outer side. If you stay concentrated you can follow the path of the ball inside.

The dots are the holes where the ball drops into other layer. If the dot on the map has no channels attached, then he knows its on the other side.

You kind of get the idea by the movement and sound of the ball, by spending time with it fiddling it in the hands.
