Doing gratitude journaling is just like growing plants. It helps me cherish every moment and every person in my life. Every little moment can be a seed of love and spiritual growth. With gratitude, I can find beauty in sadness. Journaling is powerful.
Thank you. Now, what to write in the morning ;-) The morning pages are more difficult as you “plan” your day and what not and then it only dissapoints you at night what have you missed, did not do or finiahed and not achieved.
So what I would suggest is to focus on the things you *have* achieved. And focus on those things last, because the last thing we write is the thing we remember most. Good stuff, Martin, thank you. I really need to get back to journaling. It makes me feel relaxed, just what I need at the moment with the GP on my back about my blood pressure.
Thank you for the daily reflections check in. I’ve been doing morning pages for about 8 months and was feeling like it has mostly become a rehearsal of negative self assessment. I in
I intend to start the daily reflections you have suggested. Interesting I’ll be starting at the ringing in of the new year. Definitely needed some change. Thank you. For your posts. Enjoying hearing about your new job. A reminder that change is necessary.
Good luck. Let me know how you get on. Morning pages aren't for everyone. It may be that you need more considered writing that you direct towards the positive. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment 🙏
I’m doing the evening check in. Makes me start to intentionally look for things to be grateful for. Could you do a video on re-writing your story. Did you do this as part of your 5 min check in?
That's what it's all about 👍 I'll do a video on rewriting your story next. Thanks for the suggestion! Look out for a new video tomorrow: How to Capture Your Thoughts...
