Everyone who wants to study in Poland and has the means to do so is welcome. Everyone who is looking for a job, immediately must complete a lot of documents and have an invitation from a specific company. No one has to use a study/work agency (as in the video) if they can do it themselves in Polish or, generally, even in English (the official language is only Polish - service in English is an additional functionality not required from Polish officials). We are in the 21st century, everyone has access to free Google Translate and GPT chat. If you want to imigrate to Poland, just do it yourself - if it is possible you will be ok, and you will not lost extra money for the transition. Good luck!

1. If you're recruiter (as you mentioned) and you're going to screening, why are you charging your candidates upfront fees for jobs as recruiter ? Is this something polish govt has authorised you as well ? Ideally, recruiters/recruitment agencies are compensated by employers, not only in Poland & anywhere in EU. And, that's what the poland embassy echos deliberately. If you're not giving visa and just coordinating with your employers(when you say your employers, there is a sense of understanding and alignment between you two), then why is the employer's visa invitation gets rejected ? If there is labour market shortage, isn't that some embassy/consulate aware of ? aren't they aware of that visa application are filed in the first place because there is a job vacancy to filful ? are they not aware of the screening & selection 'your employers' do before sending invitation ? When work visa invitations are not rejected by any other EU countries, then why so much for Poland ? Are there no provisions to screen candidates for a vacancy by your employer ? if yes, how could the job applications just randomly increase ? Embassy/Consulate make draws to pick applications, there is a waiting time going on even after getting invitation, why would an applicant waste money & time at the end, just because polish embassy/ consulate suddenly doesn't feel like just approving visa (for which there has been so much work done from your end and waiting time from applicants end) ? You respond on email that you provide support until through visa application filings and documentation and preparing etc. for each of your clients, after that as well why does the visa get rejected ? Here, you clearly mentioned that for visa filing its required to show to polish embassy/consulate proof of prior experience in a field of which you've already sent invitation. Isn't that something responsibility of the employer to screen, basis on which the employer has initiated the visa invitation process ? If yes, then why is embassy/consulate asking for prior experience to show in that field ? Because this is certainly a job seeker visa (like sweden, denmark etc.), you're pitching to a sure shot confirmation on your website for visa basis upon this invitation! this is for which, your fees are included. then, why will an applicant have to show prior experience in the field of job invitation ? If that's the mandatory document, why does your 'customer service managers' clearly mention that in their responses ? why are they proposing blue colour jobs to white colour professional, when knowing the fact from CV that they can't show experience in blue colour ? 2. If you're so well-connected with polish govt, employers - why polish embassy is rejecting an invitation issues by the same polish govt based on the job requirement ? 3. you talk about scams happening in internet and confusions around, but when are you going to make a physical presence or office that is not only for someone to visit and verify but also have a proper address located on GPS ? what are your plans and measures to differentiate yourself online from scammers ? because just 'live & study in europe' name isn't just enough for that. You say you have getting so much of demands that you can't timely cater queries, but it's equally alerting and skeptical for anyone(doesn't matter only from 3rd world countries) to pay money only on the basis of some email responses. Because you're not responsive to virtual meetings before payment, atleast not to my ask. what are your response about the your query addressal process ?
