Why dose Poland issue three or two years work permit,when the Working Authorisation/visa is one year ?

Am actually seeing many visa denial basing on the minimum wage base because most of the work permit that have been issued in the past and have not gotten appointment have less than 30 zloty. So they may base on that

Just a note about the word "Polack". I understand that it has been used in a derogatory tone throughout history, but as a Polish American from a large historic community of Polish immigrants to America(Northeast Pennsylvania Anthracite Coal region), I have zero issue with people using the word. I'm one of the people who often informs others that the word itself is not a slur. People in my community have used the term "Polack" to refer to ourselves and others all my life. I frequently tell others that I am an "Irish-Polack" to identify my ethnicity. We even laugh along with non-Polish people who use it in a somewhat jokingly derogatory manner. Perhaps Poles who actually reside in Poland, or first generation Polish immigrants to other nations find some offense with this, but I don't think they should let it bother them. There are much bigger concerns in our world, and the Polish people have far too resilient of a historical reputation to be bothered by such minor things.
