not my sort of drone but one of my favourite videos, the low level exploring, playing in the wind, going fast, playing with the bird - loved it!
just to be that guy for half a second, 'playing with the bird' constitutes harassing wildlife in California and the Karens of the world use this kind of thing as reasons for limiting areas where recreational drones can go -- the birds near my property were raised hearing and seeing drones and 100% don't care, but if you scare off any "non-game" bird it's a fish n wildlife violation and I've seen people get hemmed up for it.
again, I'm not complaining, I don't think there's ANYTHING wrong with what was done on video, just saying the wrong people can take it and make it hurt the fpv community if we're not cautious :) happy flyin

A pusher drone is not designed to fly in the wind while flying it amazingly in the wind 💨! I tried flying the Eachine Seagull in mild wind and broke a prop... doesn’t come with any spares so now I need to get new ones... On the up side it seems to be pretty sturdy.

The moment you just want to fly and then it starts to rain of course and flying against the wind feels so recognizable the Rhyze Tello powered by DJI weighs only 80 grams so then it is sometimes necessary to switch on the sport mode to to make it.

Hi! I just received a protek25 pusher runcam 4k(it's a new version). The cam that seems to be Iflight gocam gr naked, just shows a red light on for 3 seconds and turn off. Even if I do a long press, double press or a quickly press.
I'm using a SanDisk 32gb C10.

Now it comes with Nebula Polar instead of Nebula Nano. Nebula Polar is similar to Pro in quality which is much better. Besides, they have switched from battery holder to regular battery strap, so that we don't need to switch battery holder when changing to different size of battery.
So is it better than Geprc Cinelog25?

I have a Protek 25 drone, and one thing that I did not like was they were not nice enough to include a pinout for the flight controller. I attempted to install two different ELRS EP1, and EP2 receivers and wired them according to the diagram for CRSF. I configured the UART in Betaflight, and triple checked the wiring RX, TX, 5v and ground and flashed the receiver to version 1 since I have to many quads on version 1 and am not willing upgrade at this time! I never could get the FC to communicate with the receiver. The receiver would bind, but would never link to the radio. I had to install an XM+ receiver and it fire right up and started working. I am sure it is a setting either in Betaflight or something on the FC configuration that I am missing, but you have to know when to cut your losses!
Only think I can think of is the setting in BETAFLIGHT on the config tab may need to be changed. (never tried it so just guessing)
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 I did set the receiver type under the configuration page to CRSF and made sure my channel mapping was correct. I literally have 500 quads and have never had a problem with getting them to bind. I have at least a half a dozen other quads flying with ELRS and they installed without a hitch. I do not plan on taking this little quad out very far or I would have just gone to a Crossfire receiver instead of the ELRS. I think the problem might be in that the configurator is a newer version as was giving errors when attempting to flash the receiver. I have since rolled back to the older version and will try on the next quad!

I find all pusher drones to be noisy. The larger the prop size, the more noise.

All of the ones you mention are good if you get the DIGITAL HD versions (if available). I find the Diatone TAYCAN C25 MKII to be the best if you go with the ANALOG version (I just did a review on that one).

I have a new magic, and noticed that it requires FAA clearance to operate the software/drone regardless of conditions.
This is perfectly ok under normal conditions.
However, in a hypothetical grid down scenario without communications, what drone would be good for property surveillance?
Rekon 5 6S with a 6S 3000 mAH LiIon battery maybe. Check AndyRCs video. 31 min flight time, multiple miles of range, reasonable quiet and you can have the LiIon battery precharged and ready for action.

Bind button? When you ordered this drone you had to select a RECEIVER. You bind to the RECEIVER (not the drone/quad) so binding is based on the RECEIVER and RADIO you have.

Just got this drone, pretty new to drone flying. And I have no idea how to sync the drone to the DJI FPV goggles and the dji controller. Help?
Watch my video here. Just note that the drone in this video has the FULL DJI AIR SYSTEM where you need to use a paperclip. In your case you probably just need to look for a tiny black button on the drone near the USB C port to make the light change from green to red (red is bind mode).

Another thing... since you are a newbie, your DJI FPV goggles will probably not be set to the FPV RC HOBBY, but rather designed to work only with the DJI FPV Drone. You have to change that by going into the menu on the goggles, and go to the ABOUT section, look for something that lets you change the transmission type, then unplug power from your goggles, then power them back up and you'll be in the RC Hobby FPV mode.

I took my betafpv 95X V3 for a spin yesterday and it had worse camera vibes than this 😔

The FPV hobby is an Open hobby where many products work together no matter who makes them. Unfortunately you are coming from the Camera Drone hobby which is a Closed hobby and only products from the same manufacturer work together. This means all your DJI equipment is not compatible with the FPV hobby. The DJI FPV Digital Goggles are only compatible when you go into the on screen menu and change the transmission to the RC Hobby. This is why the only DJI controller that works with the FPV hobby is the black one. And even then it only works with the DJI Air Unit or Caddx Vista receivers.

In the olden days of FPV the Nano was not good. Perhaps you are listening to people from long ago. You can record 720p in the DJI goggles.

I’m afraid my stimulus check may go for this. But I’m wondering why there is not more attention given to the new FAA rule allowing flying over people if under 250 grams and doesn’t lacerate skin. Can you tell me if everything including camera and battery is under 250 grams for the digital?
The configuration I flew is around 247 grams.

I'm guessing you are thinking the GREY DJI remote? If so, the answer is NOPE. However, the BLACK DJI FPV remote is compatible as long as you have the CADDX VISTA or DJI AIR UNIT in the drone.

You know that I just bought the protek 25 pusher and I did it with BNF / VISTA without knowing what I was buying. when I found out about the binding I realized how much I think I need a receiver for my tbs tango 2. but then I saw your video and tried to see if you had a receiver, and I can't see it in the frame. Do I really have to buy a receiver to fly this drone? sorry for my question which is surely very simple but I am very new to this world. From already thank you very much
When you order any FPV Drone, you always get the option of including a receiver in it (you must always select the correct receiver that works with the radio you own).

Agreed. Apart from anything deliberate disturbance of wildlife is illegal in many countries. It's bad for wildlife and it's bad for the hobby as it gives regulators perfectly legitimate reasons to keep restricting what we can do. From someone who works with wildlife and uses drones for fun and work; do not disturb wildlife with your drone! You are very likely breaking the law.
Why don't you go complain to hunters with guns? Or commercial fish harvesters?
