Im actually facing hard times, im a 23 yo Marine, currently at MOS school, failed one of my tests a few days ago, tomorrow I will have remediation and if I don't pass im getting dropped to another class, I've been studying a lot and getting prepared for the test, is just that Ive got a lot of anxiety and negative thoughts come to my mind and it gets pretty rough at time to handle it... Your video actually helped me to relax a little bit and to see myself in a different way, thank you and wish me luck tomorrow in my test, blessings :)

Lot's of great things in this video! Especially towards the middle and the end, feels like you're letting the words flow naturally and truthfully more.
An observation from me though, is that in the beginning, is too many examples of negative things. "Whatever pain you may go through at the moment" is plenty enough describing. It ends up with me feeling down when you describe and give examples of the pain "the viewer" may or may not have been through.
Just a thought for you to consider, great video overall, though:)
