After a very frustrating one hour of sheer hell to put handle together , I found this wonderful post on youtube that did it in 5 minutes ! many thanks to Jorge You need to remove the 3 screws at the base of shovel and screw the first 2 parts together then the cable at the end will go in easy. Don't forget to add the handle before screwing the first 2 parts.
Hey pal, ever use a power tool before? You sounded like you were against it from the get go, the jamming into high snow like that is a recipe for failure. It's a snow thrower not a plow.
I too had a hard time putting it together. But it does work fine for me . Very good smaller areas as it takes longer to get thru more areas of snow. But all in all it's worth having.
i had to call snow JOe and they said to put them the top and bottom in at same time when ai did that the wires went right in , Im very happy with this purchase
I also had a hard time putting it togather. Tried to call the help desk. No one answered after 25 minuets on hold. Finally managed to assemble it. No snow yet to tray it on. Update: I love my SnowJoe. It works great. Fast and easy to use and handle. Saves my back and arms.
Unless your garage is climate controlled, then yes, 2 of the greatest enemies of lithium ion batteries are extreme heat and cold. So you should store the battery inside the house as well, to maximize its life.

Obviously not. Yes, a simple tool not a plow. Try using it before the snow piles up and it will work better.... and move your finger
Number 1 Product....NO JOKE....Best tool in my winter shed! .....How do I upload my video proof of just how incredible this machine is....?

thank for your infor
You were supposed to work your way from the top layer of the snow if deeper than 6 inches...I guess he needed a third hand to hold the camera

Great job!
That little thing is a beast! I'm not sure that this guy was using it properly though. Still, I like it!
Silly question but when can you tell that the 4.0ah battery is fully charged?
...the charger lights likely tell you when it is fully charged ...
When the 3 lights on the battery level indicator are all solid green. While charging, they flash depending on the battery level.
You put the top part of the handle on first as it says in the instructions and then the bottom wire will fit.
hello, which pixel is the shovel?
Is it better to charge the battery inside the house instead of the garage?

I'm considering purchasing the Snow Joe. Thanks for uploading this video.
Hope you enjoy it! KD SWAGGER
@@lazdad68 This winter hopefully.
How to install the scraper blade? I just got the cordless snow shovel, and I can't figure out how to install the scraper blade
Is this heavy?
I think you're pushing too hard into the deeper snow. You can hear the strain on the shovel.
This is very poor demo. It’s more user error than product error.
First timer it looks like...
Don't know yet didn't snow ❄️
If you car wax it inside and out it will be even lighter. Nothing sticks to mine. Don't waste your time using lubricants. Thank me later.
