Do you at least eat all that meat ?
Im not against hunting, but damn, you kill enough to feed a whole village
Bear meat is awesome. Many hunters have multiple large freezers, game meat can be stored for years and the freezer full of meat is exactly why people do this. Much rather kill one big animal and eat that for 6 months than kill dozens of smaller ones to sustain myself for the same period of time.
100% of these animals are used by probably 99% of these professional hunters and hunting guides. All of the meat is used by the hunter, family, friends, etc.
Any remaining is donated to food shelf, charity for the hungry, etc.
Hides, bones, antlers, are processed accordingly; Leather, bone meal fertilizer, wall hanging trophy, antlers make crafts, lamps, chairs, etc.
Remaining 1% will waist wild game, a small percentage will violate and kill just to kill and waist senselessly. Just my thoughts...
Well you cant kill part of an animal lol. Yes hunters use all the meat.
Funny how the uploader likes every comment other than ones questioning what happened to the bears body. Nice job reassuring us 👍

Geez... that video was just one long ad. And then finally get to the bear hunt and wtf... this is the pinnacle of "pay to win". The kind of hunters that have all the best equipment, cushy comfortable trip, guided right to a spot where it's harder not to see an animal then it is to see one (the "150 fish per boat" thing...) and then they act like they almost died... I sometimes just can't wrap my head around how these people can hunt for so long and still have such a lack of understanding of the animals they hunt. If you are afraid the bear is going to eat you then you should not be hunting. The bear was curious about what it was seeing and especially what it was HEARING! She was talking literally the whole time. Either goes to show the bears there are used to humans, or she got incredibly lucky. This was a very weird hunting video. Get out and stalk/hunt with a traditional bow in a place where animals dont trust humans. This is shooting fish in a barrel with a gun that doesn't miss. Like that guy in the shop said "you can teach someone who's never hunted to shoot like this in 10 minutes with this equipment".
I found this pop up at school when finding out if a bow could kill a bear, but I didn't have time to watch it there, so at home I looked at this, and I wasn't disappointed at all!
When that bear stood up, I stood up. And I'm in North Carolina.
Nice Way to,Spend Time with your Daughter Keith. From a Original Saskatchewan,Gal. 👍

It's called hunting. Lol
I wonder how many times a day this chick says, "I don't understand" I bet it's a lot
Some random kid who's daddy sends her on a trip with him to go hunting for black bear can get one but I can't even see one on the land I've hunted for the past 10 years. Outstanding
I like how she just talks about the bear like she did not just kill it saying it has a beautiful coloration
You don’t know anything about hunting or why we do it... there is a reason for hunters it’s called wildlife management 😂 we respect every animal that god gives us to harvest. If there were no hunters imagine all the wild animals that would run around over populating. Maybe do some research and you might understand why we hunt. We don’t do it just to kill things we do it to put food on the table that we know where it came from and how fresh it is. But you go buy it from stores and don’t think twice about it. All those animals you buy from the store where raised in a field or a pin and killed within seconds when it’s there time. Hunting you bet the chase that animal and respect it because of al the work you have to put in to just get one animal.

There is one comment saying this are places hunters go for fun, the bear is controlled and breed just to satisfy men egos..can we agree that a magnificent creature has been killed for fun and some likes on UA-cam? Despicable to its core
@@amorepsyche808 ok I understand what you’re saying. To me, I only kill if an animal is doing damage to my property, life or children’s life. I do not hunt for sport, I will tell you that. I’m not saying I agree with it either, however most of these hunters are following the laws implemented by the state. So maybe the state should be to blame.
Personally, I do not hunt for fun or for thirst to kill, but there are nuisance animals where the populations grow out of control. I recently killed a squirrel causing damage to the exterior of my house by gaining entry to my soffit, and to hire a contractor to fix the damage could would me thousands in damage if I were not able to complete the work. One bullet of a .177 caliber caused a quick, humane death. What I am saying though, is most hunters are following the guidelines of the state, if you have an issue with the hunting laws given by the state, maybe you should confront the state.

How does one care about the Bears and other animals but at the same time kills them?
The money I pay for licenses and through specific conservation efforts like Duck Unlimited, Pheasants Unlimited etc raise far more animals than I could ever shoot. We only shot one duck this season, but the land that was bought and managed from my donations probably grew 200 ducks this year.
If you truly care about wild animal's health and wellbeing, you wouldn't be against hunting. Because if they were not hunted they would become overpopulated, and that leads to a lack of food which leads to unhealthy and diseased animals, which can then lead to mass amounts of animals dying in our waterways, which then leads to polluted deadly water for all the other animals.
Plus the mass amounts of money that hunters put back into the land and the animals is awesome because it pays for things like state management areas and preserves along with many other things that helps not just the animals that are hunted, but also protects those that are not allowed to be hunted. So hunting is an all-around win-win.

is it hunting if you just bait the animals?
I spent many years as a bush pilot flying these people in to kill for sport. Everything is set up for them. The bait sites are set up weeks in advance . The bears are habituated to feel safe at every site. We fly in each customer at each bait site early in the morning and fly in to pick them up at the each of the day.
It’s guaranteed they will get a bear. The only way not to is to miss their shot and injure the bear and it usually to late in the day to track it. Tracking a bear in the dark is stupid and dangerous. À wounded bear will run for miles or hide and wait for you to ambush you.
And believe me at 60 ft these idiots miss a lot of shots.
This is not real hunting. You may as well tie up a bear to a tree and kill it . It’s the same thing .
We know exactly the time when each bear will show up at every bait site . Will have maybe 20 or 30 bait sites primed and ready .
I had one customer. She was from Spain and she told me she has kill a total of 18 bears and never ate any part of it . She just love the trill of killing them.
But if I were to leave her in the bush all alone for a week . She would mostly like pickup her Sat phone and beg me to fly her out on the second day .
Can you guess how many dead bears I have flown out of the bush in my bush flying career,
Too much .
Peter Ste Croix how many hour do you have, what type of plane are you flying, you fly IFR OR VFR, and what’s the typical weight and balance sheet for you flying in.
haveyoulostyour mind I knew they were not a real pilot. Any real pilot could rattle off the specs of the plane. I fly a piper Cherokee 140, max weight is around 500 pounds with fuel for 2 hours. I fly VFR only, I’m not duel engine rated or IFR rated.

By the way it’s not more fairer it’s just more fair smh
MB That’s a stupid assumption. He was making a point about the thrill of the hunt and the stakes of it, while you are comparing it to eating meat harvested from slaughterhouse animals. As be a meat eater, on one hand I may respect people working at a slaughterhouse because it’s their job to put down animals in the most efficient and less violent way, and on the other hand I can still not understand why people choose to hunt and kill animals as a hobby since the firepower gap is so wide between you and the prey, which is basically at your mercy.
G-man du lendemain What a stupid assumption is that slaughterhouses kill in a less violent way? You’re joking right? Do you know how they kill animals at a slaughterhouse? They electrocute them with electrodes to the brain or they use a tool that’s like a gun that just drives a metal shaft into their brain, I would say getting shot with a Arrow is a lot less violent
