Please do a video on Hawaii eviction laws and if your job entails a lease (such as an on-site resident manager) what are those laws ? Do you have an example lease for someone who is hired and rent is part of their compensation? And what happens when they are fired and won’t leave the property?
Hi Mandy, we have 3 great resources for Hawaii: www.doorloop.com/laws/hawaii-eviction-process www.doorloop.com/laws/hawaii-landlord-tenant-rights www.doorloop.com/laws/hawaii-security-deposit-laws
The rental agency I rent from just issued me a ten day because the back lawn isn't green in August. I completely refurbished the lawn. It was a weed and dirt pit when i moved in. There is no irrigation and comically low water pressure.
If it's in the lease agreement/contract, then that's what the tenant agreed to when signing. If the tenant doesn't want to deal with that, can reason with landlord to remove from contract before signing, or find other properies, plenty of them without such demands. @chuckmartel1874
Please do a video on Landlord / Renter discrepancies. Example: ** Landlords who are not in the office during business hours to COLLECT tenants rent, **Missing Money Orders, subtle ways they ADD hidden fees. Taking months for them to finally clear. ** Tenants believe they were wrongly evicted can seek legal help for what is called " Right to Council" where lawyer interveines. Unfortunately many GOOD people work TODAY just to have a roof over their head. **Please Explain the meaning of Right to Housing Act** and ** Fair Housing Act** .... all under Government law that's supposed to HELP WE, THE PEOPLE. 🤔 My voice here is to say Eviction is NOT A CRIME, especially today when more and more families are pushed out of their homes. CARE IS ESSENTIAL FOR OUR COMMUNITY WELLNESS! Good landlords/ owners are A GEM in this rat hole!! Thank you for this well put together video.
Weird that the notice to comply part of the video comes after the filing eviction part IN THE VIDEO…but has to be done before in reality? Kind of a confusing part to your how to video IMO
Landlords don't need to f tenants over if they follow the contract that tenants signed upon moving in. Meaning being on time with payments. And a lot of landlords already give extra time anyways when they shouldn't put up with tenants that break terms of the signed/agreed contract. Landlord should and will uphold their end by taking care of place to make sure necessities that come with property work, such as water, electricity, appliances that were there initially, locks, toilets, etc
What state do you want to see next?
Idaho
@@joshm.5463 We will work on that! In the meantime, we did make a video on Idaho laws! ua-cam.com/video/AkPowsvnJpc/v-deo.html
Fill out "the forms". Been searching for the forms for hours. What and where are they?
If you are referring to the eviction forms, those can be found here: bit.ly/eviction-In-washington-template

Why would you comply with such a ridiculous demand?

Thank you for the video idea and thank you for watching!
You have to provide a 30 day notice
Weird that the notice to comply part of the video comes after the filing eviction part IN THE VIDEO…but has to be done before in reality? Kind of a confusing part to your how to video IMO
They gave me a 3 day notice?? It was for late rent. I don’t feel like this is okay. I assumed I’d still have the 14 days. I’ll have it come then. 😢
So weird that this is showing the landlord how to f over people and not on the side of the tenant
