After so long it’s great to be back again. A lot of time has been spent moving into the new house. Regardless if it’s planting a few fruit trees or a dozen or so banana plants, even getting the chickens to settled in it all takes time. To the greater extent that time has now passed. In this next video we continue where we last left off. We continue with the grey work. The team sets up a different type of scaffolding and begins the tedious work of what you might refer to as stucco however here many refer to it as fraguache and that’s primary coat. It’s a rough finish that’s designed to provide a strong bond for the smooth cement called pañete or finishing coat stucco to adhere to. Next up we tile the roof and begin with choosing the finishing materials. Until next time, Barry in DR.

This was done about two years ago. Prices have risen a fair bit since then. At the time it was about 180,000 finished with a 25,000 gallon cistern. Thanks for watching
