- Sooooooo....
Not great - studies from the National Sleep Foundation in the US of A reported that over 30% of adults achieve less than 7 hours of sleep a night.
Even worse - sleep deprivation or a lack of sleep has been identified as one of the main contributors to the obesity epidemic.

I'm not a great sleeper; are you? How much sleep do you get a night? 👇

I'm now at 99.6 pounds lost on Wegovy. I'm hoping to loose about 140 pounds in total. I'm 6' 5 1/4", I was 420.0 pounds at my worst, now I'm 320.4 pounds. At 280 I'll be feeling so good I think.
My strategy for fat loss is the following:
1. 2.5mg of Ozempic every 7 days.
2. 6 meals per week of HelloFresh.
3. Quadruple nasal reconstruction surgery for much better breathing (one hell of a serious operation has been completed).
Great information ! Thanks for making this video .
Solid video. I listen 2x speed due to slow talking.
Can you do a video about the availability and cost of each of these new medications in CANADA 😢 I am really confused and don't know which ones is better , taking into consideration the monthly cost and the expected duration of treatment AND THR ONE WITH LESS SIDE EFFECTS
