This lemonade is prepared according to an Italian recipe!

Lemonade.
(5-7 servings)
INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
lemons 3 pcs.;
table water 1500 ml / 3.307 lb;
sugar 5 tablespoons.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
wash the lemons;
remove the lemon peel;
squeeze lemon juice;
add sugar to lemon peel;
add lemon juice to the mixture of peel and sugar;
mix a mixture of juice, peel and sugar with water;
add 2-3 slices of lemon;
insist 1-2 hours;
pour in portions.
Cooking time is 7-10 minutes.
It tastes better chilled!
