@@samwh6809it’s not a style. It’s just basic animation. Pretty much any animation school would teach you to animate something like this the same way. Repeated shape expanding outwards from a point usually getting bigger as it expands while it continues to loop inside the shape. You can see the method pretty clearly.

pretty accurate I'd say, as a gymrat myself -- 90% of the dudes in the gym just want some ratio of respect, self-respect and getting laid. I remember being 21 yr old in the marine corps and just entering the gym bro culture.
Learning about counting calories, protein, creatine, when should I eat protein, looking in the mirror, getting paranoid if another dude was lifting more than me.
I learned a lot of good stuff but that came with enduring the crummy culture of being insecure, uneducated, obsessed about minuscule concepts, and narrow minded enough to believe broscience.
Those were the years I had a great physique but I was so mentally unhealthy and consumed in the gym/lifting culture.
Nowadays, I’m much more happier not worrying about my body fat percentage, not caring about how much I can lift, and I’m actually now married vs the years when a “hot ripped body” barely got me any dates.
Now I train BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing all while lifting twice a week, and I just look from the sidelines at the 20 yr olds just learning about bro science.
@@steverogers7601 i agree but also disagree. I experienced the gym bro culture as well exc. Except I did it at my own pace, had a cheat day once a week and didn't care about anyone else but myself and my goals.

well to be fair he said on a podcast, he has a team of 15 and the one 'JaimeR' dose a lot of well animated bits he,s provably responsible for the muscles growing scene in the cartoon, I know meat dose the character designs and voice acting
