Hello Lori My favorite Gnome’s Yippee!! Oh I am in Gnome heaven Lol. These are all so adorable and special and great. Thank you Lori . Blessings and love Lori and your family 🌹♥️🥰🤗🙏🙏
Hi Lori, I've been binge watching your videos on Gnome projects. I love love your ideas! So far my three top favorites are the Witch the Santa & The Patriotic Gnome; the Patriotic Gnome is the reason I make my next comment. I have a few suggestions for you... In some projects you use the gnome wooden cut-out board from Dollar Tree, where in others you use recycled bottles and such. My suggestion is that you outline the wooden cutout onto a cardboard to keep as a stencil & you can use other cardboard cutouts to save & recycle ♻to use for future projects. Same idea suggestion with the wooden hearts you use, you could outline different wooden hearts & use a few pieces of cardboard layered as feet. My last suggestion is to use felt on those gnomes you don't complete in the back to hide all the unfinished work & to complete it. I so enjoy your videos, & It's like I'm in Art Class lol! I'm learnin so much from you🙂 thanks for all the ideas!
Thank you so much, Friend! I'm so happy you like them and I just mentioned in my newest video your exact suggestion! LOL! I love getting feedback & new ideas from my viewers! 😍❤
@@LoriBlyeDIY I am on the Halloween cat gnome right now, and still in love with them! Thank you my friend! I just hope that I can find all the supplies I will need 😞(not always able to find all at our D.T.) Fingers crossed
Your gnomes are very cute! I was a little surprised when I began watching, because I assumed you were making them like most people do. I was happy to see something different i.e. using the unfinished wood cut-outs to create a 3D effect! Great idea! If I might point out an important technique, when cutting faux fur, always cut from the back of the fabric. The back is solid & you only cut through the solid layer, then you gently pull your 2 pieces apart and the fur won't be disturbed.
Thank you so much! ❤️ You are good with your accents, mine is Massachusetts and (and a little touch of) Maine ~ I want to live in FL in the winter ~ So happy to be new friends!
