That person will 10 years fresh. In Kenya the trend for the presidency has been Jommo Kenyatta (Mzee) to Daniel Moi (Kijana) to Kibaki (Mzee) to Uhuru (Kijana) to Raila (Mzee) and then to Kijana. So if Raila hand over to Kijana that kijana will go for 10 years. So in total it will be 15 years wait for Ruto.
