Great video. Thanks for taking us behind the scenes. You're a class act, both humble in victory and defeat. As Rocky said, "Keep moving forward...that's how winning is done!"

As a Mauy Thai Fighter, you know to plan for elbows. I think I would be upset if I was boxing and got TKO'ed by elbows. However, fighting is unpredictable. Fantastic work, grit and grind for you, your Fighter and your team.

He didn't get elbowed. He got hit with a perfect jab. He claims an elbow but it didn't get swollen until he got hit with that one jab. Not only that the broadcast team only found one elbow thrown. Disappointed they going with the elbow narrative still

That’s dope bro. You train Ramirez.
My cousin is Rafael Espinoza (the guy who fought Ramirez)
It’s a shame the fight ended that way
It was looking like it was gonna be a fun final rounds.
I’ll look around for some strength and conditioning for boxers on your channel
Love the content tho. I’ve been following for a while. 🤙🏽🤝🏽

I was there live I enjoyed the entire event Robeisy performed well but injured from the elbows! I also have followed your work for a while and love that you are also working with boxers when you primarily work with MMA fighters I feel that modern Fitness and Nutrition I see in MMA would benefit boxers if more of them were willing to work with people like yourself or Lockhart

Awesome video, always fun to get taken behind the scenes to see the work that not only the fighter puts in, but also the coaches. It's really a team effort for someone to become champ. Shame what happened with the eye, but we got the next one.

Quality video and really good to see behind the scenes a bit more from your perspective and how much effort goes in to the prep. I’m investing in a treadmill for a home gym to save some time for workouts and making sure I still get some in, could you suggest a decent pair of running shoes for a beginner? Won’t be running marathons and probably only a few miles per day

I’m a huge fan of yours and a huge fan of Ramirez, I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years now, your work is the best!, saying that, here is my frustration, his corner needed to stop that fight!!!, Rules after 4th round they will go to the score cards in case of head butting or any accidental issue, he went in the 5 th and told Salas, he couldn’t see from his right eye and had double vision, !!, if Salas calls the doctor and tells him the fighter can’t continue then they will have to revise if it was created from elbows , Head butt etc, and Ramirez was ahead in two score cards from the judges!! The very worst he does not look bad , Salas did a piss , poor job with the situation, I think he is a great coach but needs to own this, Ramirez was winning the fight, and he needed to step in and protect his fighter , how does an experienced trainer does not know the rules!!
Keep doing what you are doing, you are the best in the industry, I can sense your disappointment and I hope Ramirez recovers mentally and physically from this as well

D, he didn't lose because of conditioning. His physical readiness did show. But unfortunately, some things coaches can not control

what would his diet consist of to weigh in at 125LBS, for 12 weeks, how many calories would he be eating at a deficit, around 1500 calories per day?

This is based on starting body fat and a list of other numbers I can do a full breakdown of this on another video. But we monitor his BF total body of water and overall weight. Getting his BMR and NEAT will give us a starting point then monitor weight loss from there. Fight week we hit a target BF of 9% then the rest we cut water, sodium, and carbs to take off the remaining weight.
