A lot many roads in India do not do justice to the fast cars with low ground clearance.
I recently fitted my Honda Civic with CNG kit and post that having troubles with driving over tall speed bumps.
Finally found the solution to it with this suspension experts in Navi Mumbai, garage name Sanjary +91 98210 72755.
Very genuine guys, really helpful, quite reasonable too.
Please Note: This vlog is my personal experience and I highly recommend you to personally visit the garage and speak to the owner in detail about your problems and they'll be able to guide you well.

How is it holding up after 1 years? Has the ride and handling changed, does it hurt the suspension life?

Hate that scraping sound it makes on the underside as well as it hurts me, thinking of my favorite car. Hi, @Kammy Highlanders, as told to you earlier, I went yesterday to Sanjary Shock Absorbers in Kopar Khairane to get the height pads fixed on my Honda Civic (Petrol). Though I didn’t meet Ismail bhai personally, I talked to him on the phone and negotiated with the price and he was kind enough to oblige. Also for the fact I’d come all the way from Pune to get the work done after watching a few WhatsApp videos 😁
Anyways, things went out well, and I got the height pads fixed. Also I had to change my old shock absorbers and bushings and brackets which were worn out and was making some noise while on rough roads. Glad I got them changed too. Now along with the ground clearance, there’s absolutely no noise from the suspensions of the car and it’s pretty smooth. At the end of the day, it’s a job well done and I’m satisfied.

Total amount with the height pads + rear shock absorbers (new) + new brackets + bushings, came to ₹12500.
@@k9892120012, the price of the height pads alone was ₹8000. But since I’d to change some other things in my car, thus extra work and so the total price was slightly high but I’d say reasonable

Spacers ke saath cusion buffers bhi try karo. With the CNG tank, now you will have the weight of 4 people when 3 passengers are seated behind. The spring efect of the buffers will take the added weight.

I had the same concern as you did. But since I couldn't find any1 who was willing to reply, I decided to do the trail and error myself. Fortunately, the gamble paid off and it's a success. I've been driving the car regularly for the last few months after the work done, and no issues at all. It did not mess my tyres nor the original suspension setup. So happy to say, it's worked fine for me

Agar Engine aur Gearbox sahi hai, toh iske alaawa, radiator aur AC fan, suspension and steering rack zaroor check karna. Jo kaam Suzuki Swift me 5,000 me hota hai, woh same kaam ka Civic me 15-20,000 ka hota hai

Cars like Honda Civic and Accord or Toyota Camry or even BMW 7-series, were never meant for 5 people sitting. Even after all these mods, I'd highly recommend you to go max 4 passengers (including driver) only

But if you are only going for ground clearance issue, it should cost less. Call 98210 72755 give him reference "Kammy Bhai", you should probably get a good deal

Recently went on a long drive with family to the mountains, no issues at all.
Just make sure, your original springs are strong enough. Coz if they are not, it wont work that good.
A small tip: Toyota Etios (sedan) springs are a direct fit to Civic rear

Remember, parts are expensive.
Eg. New original suspension, civic cost is 15k+ , swift is 8k. And this goes for all and every spare part for Civic
It's a heavy car to maintain, parts availability might be an issue depending on where u stay

If you install the spacers directly without retuning the suspension springs, thats bad for the shock absorbers. But as per my experience so far driving the car after the work done, its running pretty steady and stable
Install 2 inch upper rubber buffers easily available which increases height and reduces road noise both. I have done it and works well. These fibre ones will ruin your drive and suspension.
