Thank you Sir.... Thank you 💞💞🤗👍👍💚💚💚💚🙂🙂 Outstanding lecture Sir....
You're welcome
Thanks for the wonderful lecture sir🎉
whenever i confused i always preferred shoums biology... thank u sir ❤🎉
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
You are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you
Congratulations sir for 2 million
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
@@shomusbiologyofficial u are damn good sir
Sir in 1st step of splicing nucleophilic attack will take place at 5'- splice site but you said that 3'-splice site.. Is that so?
You teach so simple nowadays, earlier your teaching was awesome.Splicing involved so many U1,2,3,5 and U4-U-6. You have not mentioned properly.
These are simple videos. Detailed visoes already made
sir kindly upload a video of conducting experiment on "partial purification of immunoglobulins by dialysis and quantification of IgG in the dialysate by spectrophotometric method."
Okay
Sir I am very happy to see the reply. Kindly upload the video as soon as possible. Thank you.
That mechanism of Splicing undergo which group (1/2/3/4) ? Any other forms of introns produced?
Thank you sir 🙏
I have one doubt , does the 2' OH attacks 3' SS or the 5' SS ???? will you please help me to resolve this......
Is it post or co transcriptional process?
Post transcriptional processing
No it's co transcriptional. 😊
Sir please upload vedio on RNA polymerase 1 2 3
Same in prokaryote??
No. No splicing in prokaryotes
Full of mistakes. Can't believe I liked this channel in the past. 😂
What?? Not counted unless you can point out the mistakes
Branch point attacks the 5’ splice site and not the 3’ splice site. Then the free 3’ OH of the 5’ SS attacks the phosphate of the 5’ SS
Sir What about introns? What happened to introns
Degraded
@@shomusbiologyofficial ok sir but which enzyme and mechanism
U r making it lengthy talking much more plzz focus on topic rather other
Skip. My videos. I won't change my style. This is molecular biology not a reel on dancing
Sir plz say in Hindi 😢😢😢
Ok
Sir can I send you the syllabus
Because no one except you is teaching botany
Thanks sir it's helping me a lot
This video is full of mistakes please don't watch it 😐
