Tommy Aldridge is fantastic, one of the all time greats of heavy metal drumming. Heavy hitting and everything timed like clockwork, what a joy to see and hear a master at work.

I miss Tommy on the skins, he had a lot of energy..attack/release, very classical approach, like a conductor almost.

As much as Tommy Aldridge is GREAT...I actually like Brian Tichy better in the Whitesnake lineup.
This songs needs Vai on the guitar .
Disagree, good player but Aldrich smokes him at the Whitesnake/hard rock stuff.
No kids. This song needs its authors, classic Whitesnake guitarists Bernie Marsden and Micky Moody.
Cornucopia Maybe for a reunion... Aldrich still smokes them all. Marsden couldn’t keep up with Aldrich, Vai, Hoekstra, Beach etc. It’s just the way it is. Guitarists abilities move quick as generations pass.
That song is good how it is. No matter which era of Whitesnake played it.

Ugh..the original vai solo is so much better..and I rarely think that when vai does some of his solos in a band setting
Taylor Zalewski Vai didn't do the "original solo". I can't stand any Whitesnake material with Vai in it. He has absolutely no blue sensibilities whatsoever. None. And I couldn't stand his version of this classic. Don't get me started on how he ruined the Sykes material w overkill on the whammy crap and too much mindless finger tapping ugh

Vai’s version was amazing
The original solo was by Marsden/Moody and way better than Vai's. By no means I want to underestimate Steve Vai, he is still a monster guitar player, but his playstyle just did not fit into this song...
I love this band, and I not a super fan of Vai but this song sound much better with him. The solos of Reb and Doug in this song are terribles.
Rubbish not a patch on the original Bernie Marsden would piss all over these so called guitar players at least he could play a solo in tune and he"s a good blues player to
