Longbeard was my first decent champ. I put a shield set on him and he's gotten me through every dungeon, clan boss, arena, campain, everything.

I pulled a Longbeard this weekend too, really excited to try him out in Clan boss mostly, dont have the champs to pull off the blender yet.

Love your guides hh!! One thing I would add is a more in depth look at your masteries. I know we should always do our own but getting a look at a plat mastery set up for a champ never hurts

Just an FYI, Longbeard is pretty rough for IG. Regardless of whether 1 even both of the side adds are up, he ALWAYS targets the boss with his A3 (team attack), and he uses it on cooldown. He was my very first legendary, and I've used him almost everywhere.

I just got really lucky and managed to pull him from a mere Ancient Shard. At first I thought he'd be just another bad champ but then I checked out your website and was really happy with this guy. Sounds like he will be a real boon to me as I was kinda stuck everywhere.

I'd love to see a detailed comparison of Longbeard vs Lanakis vs Kreela Witch-Arm, and which does better in which fights. I JUST unlocked Kreela yesterday morning and had everything saved up to get her to 60 and ascended, then this morning while running dungeons I got an ancient shard and boom, pulled longbeard! I was already looking at if Kreela could replace Lanakis in clan boss, but now I have an abundance of ally attack legendaries! (I also have two lanakis' but that's another story). I'm also wondering now what arena would look like with those three and a speed booster, heh.

I just pulled him tonight out of a blue shard. What's your advice as far as gear with non arena and what to focus on with stats? Go crit with gloves. Glass cannon or put some def on him?

You probably know this as well. ... but when you use ally attack the order of attack is leader top bottom left. so if you put your sinesha in the bottom slot and your skullcrown in the left slot you should beable to better utilize their double hits.

Doesn't ally attack inherently have a dmg decrease? Which would make his +20% dmg just decrease the overall damage loss?

Longbeard was my first legendary. I built him up for damage using the savage and crit dmg. He hits pretty hard with his a2. If you have Frozen Banshee, I'd recomend that she be faster that Longbeard so that his ally attack will get more poison stacks up.

One good this about crit rate aura, you can pair him with someone like a soulbond bowyer for dungeon clearing and build her for almost 100% crit damage. Between her 15% base, 25% bonus on each skill, 5% masteries, and 23% from the aura, you only need 32% from gear which is super easy. Let's soulbond do some crazy damage.

I’m just getting to the point where I will soon be able to farm Dragon 13 on auto, but could use some optimization. My top team contenders are Athel Juliana Septimus Bellower Kael Khatun Yaga Romero Zargala Sinesha Apothecary coldheart seeker and jizoh, most people are in a speed or lifesteal set, but I’ve got a stockpile of energy to farm different gear, though it would be nice to use that on Dragon 13.
HH my favorite thing to do with long beard is in arena go against skullcrown add draco to your team make him hit last do your ally attack and he will 1shot a additional champ for you.
Had Longbeard for a while. Absolutely love his brutal power. I have mine in critical damage, divine offense (partly for the shield), and cruel. He eats through anything with armor. I went with flawless execution instead of helmsmasher, and heavy resistance. Pure damage, let the controllers deal with defense down and weaken!

He was my first legendary. I dont recomend him for ice golem. You mentioned 2 hits. I have had 5 frigid vengeance hits because of a poorly timed hordes fury. Very inconsistant team with him. Everywhere else he is really useful. I havent had a counter attacker till recently so he was basically fulfilling that role

I just got Longbeard from an ancient shard and I'm just trying to get him to clap. I put cruel and savage, don't really need any healing armor on because I have Udk with his skills maxed out.
I'm curently working on a 2:1 ratio CB team with him. Fu Shan lead, longbeard, ma shalled, valk and altan. can't wait to see how it does.
Pretty standard team. If built correctly will do fine.

I'm the same way with my Raglin. I pulled Trunda first, but Raglin.. she's always, always been my go to character for everything.

If you pair him with a AoE on default in stun gear ( like the bellower you recommend) and paired with AoE poisoner wouldnt he A. be supior for damage and B. CC of spiderlings?
Or did you rank him low due to higher level spiders team strat?
Probably because everyone works with enemy HP strats, and these are not A1s. Also, AoE in spider 20 lose a lot of significance, unles it is HP burn. I am running a Baroness for tanking but i didnt got the damage yet though.

Someone to do defense down aoe 2 royal gards and 1 coldheart and renagade to reset is probably the best budget combo it did take me forever to get the second royal gard...
3 days ago i opened my 6 sacred shards. 3 legos in row (one of them is septimus). I needed some points to get lego book and i decided to open my 12 blue shards. Longbeard.
You should try out Darth Micros clan boss team he did with Long beard and Lanakis and a bunch of high damage hard hitters, no poision just constant ally attacks, hey one keyed ultra nightmare with it believe.

Long beard, Lanakis, and Catacomb Councilor (bootleg version from last fusion event) are all magic affinity. I dont get why though.
There is also Hyria (Spirit, rare) that ally with 2, but ok poisoner also. And last, but not least, everyone's starter lineup in Crusader (Force, uncommon) that ally with one, but can have a 2 turn CD.
You know you can push auto, then tap the champ you want to prioritize. e.g., your arena fight, hit auto, tap on Maulie - (it puts a red bullseye on the target). LB would charge Maulie...

I have him a while now,and i have used him,but i didnt feel i was getting the best results with him as i should,but he was helping alright,i left him for a bit as i have only two lego books after about a year maybe more,and i dont think i wasted any,because all my other books i had saved til i got apoth booked him fully,and a while back got the courage to use many of my epics on madame,idk how i have so few lego books,and if they do nerf madame after me using books it took all year to accumulate with enough left to book one more i will be absolutely going bananas,and i think my raid days will be over.
But i feel like ever since those money men shareholders started asking content creators whats what it may go better,because even if plarium wont listen to us they will have to hear them,so its all or nothing.

For the love of god do a guide on Gurgoh the Augur. Literally only good legendary in the game that there is 0 content on it. Yet a lot of you content creators use him.

You build him with support masters and max out his accuracy and work on speed his main use is to freeze everone in arena. the only other thing hes really good for is faction wars. If you are useing him in arena your team setup should be arbiter boost to madame strip buffs and defense freeze then nuke with a heavy hiting AOE
So you give him a rating for each category before you’ve actually played him? Weird
so how can you actually rate a champion before you've even used him?? i dont see anything to impressive about his skills especially for a legendary?

All these videos saying champion X or champion Y is super good are not helpful fro 90% of Raid players because we dont' have 2 Coldhearts + Draco + Lyssandra paired up with said champion. It's like okay, you know BULLY can be super useful too if I have him teamed up with 4 legendaries!
im Sorry but u really overestimate the value of the ally attack in ur setup. If ur on a standard ca team all ur champs do 5 attacks each clanboss cycle. Ally attack will add 3/4 of an attack to the cycle + 25% damage on that hit. so u go from 5 attacks to about 5.93 attacks which is about a 18% increase. Bad el for example gives a 20% flat increase.
in the specific example in the video that could be a 2:1 style comp. we go from 8 attacks each cycle up to 9.875 attacks (6/4+25% = 1.875) which amounts to about 23% damage increase if we assume all the attacks hit about as hard as the a1. So for reference it added an estimate of 2.5mil for altan, 3.5 for draco, 1.5 for valk, 1.2 for mashalled. Combined he brings about 11million damage to the fight. A Rhazin could have done the same, maybe more. Ally attack is good but it doesnt "enable all that damage".
The effect of a catacomb c for example is way lower since there will only be 3 allies and the 25% damage increase will miss.

HH I never and will never understand why u always RATE all the champions ive seen u rate, BEFORE, U even try them. So now (not that ratings mean much) I guess ratings are based on their kit and base stats, as opposed to how they actually are??
