Swami Ji...can vipassana meditation be used similarly as your sky watching example..that is, can breath be contemplated and suddenly not paid attention to, to reach awareness..plz enlighten..namskar.
If it works for others, it can. However, one need to experiment to experience... HOW one do what is being done is more important than what is being done.
The problems arose when we separated from god our realm is "Dhukhalayam" meaning abode of problems. If we settle back into God Krishna for instance we will become divine singularity.

What are Vedanta exercises to remain blockages and illusions that stop us from Brahman
Purification of the mind is needed. To achieve this you need to start eating the right foods. Start going vegan. Also start meditating. See GOD in all. I’d recommend a few books by swami viveknanda (karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, raja yoga, jnana yoga). Start incorporating all of these on a daily basis.
@@rollinrovn Eh diet seems like dogmatic teaching, i meditate but guided by intuition without subject object duality, i have experience brahman union states so i guess my intuition is trying to reverse engineer it , im trying to speed things up tho and amp up the intensity(bliss) of nondual state of being .
Areté diet is not dogmatic. Diet is very important. It’s part of ahimsa (non violence) and Ayurvedic health system. How do you expect to be violent to sentient beings and achieve higher conscious states. Also, you can’t have a desire to achieving such states, it must flow naturally. That’s why it’s a lifestyle and can take a long time.

Areté the Dali lama is far from the truth. Even most vedantists acknowledge this. If someone does something does that make it right? We can’t use that logic. The fact of the matter is we have to live life based on actions with the least amount of suffering. The fact of the matter is we do not need to eat animals, people are living healthier lives on a plant based diet, eliminating diseases/cancer by doing so. The fact that most people do it is based on ignorance, pleasures, etc. If you eat meat, you’re directly causing unnecessary suffering to animals, contributing to world hunger, climate change, water depletion, species extinction-- all in the name of taste. So if you want to get to a higher levels of consciousness, you must connect with all beings and use empathy and intuition to guide you. Good luck
God without limit in space but doubtful existence and you limited in space but undoubted existence how these two things can be put together? By deleting words to my own choice like limited in space and retaining sure existence! I can't understand.

This is exactly the position that the S Sarvapriyananda is refuting. In advaita faith is not the basis. You are never asked to abandon reason. Please listen carefully.

@Anonymous उन्हें बिल्कुल देना चाहिए, जितनी languages उन्हें आती हैं सब में देना चाहिए। उनकी जिंदगी का उद्देश्य ही वेदांत का प्रचार है, इस लिए जितना इंग्लिश में ही सारे विडियोज बनाते हैं उससे अच्छा है थोड़े विडियोज भारत की भाषाओं में भी बनेंगे।
