For years, Haas had to break through what became a toxic teammate pairing causing delays and set backs to the team with Grosjean & Magnusson. This caused wrecks, some division amongst team members, etc. They finally find some consistent and mellow footing with their current pairing allowing them to properly develop their cars, but want to bring in Ocon who was been the absolute worst teammate in every single one of his driver pairings? I get Ocon's a great driver, but I don't think he should be K-Mag's replacement.

The current stat can change clearly but unless he changes, Haas will have an uphill battle bringing him and Bearman on at the same time.
