Great video 👍🏻 It's a bison tooth (for sure it belongs to a Bovidae (1:04). You can identify these by the raised line in the middle of the tooth at the one site. Someone could say that it's modern. But I think it isn't because the colors can still be preserved thousands of years later. So it should be from the pleistocene epoch. I was also thinking of a forest elephant (7:46 & 8:12) because the enamel plates are much bigger and are far apart from each other. Hope I could help you. Greetings from Germany ✌🏼
Thanks that really helps alot, incredible to think those two could be Elephant , they apparently did roam these lands until 120000 years ago . Thanks for the Bison tooth ID too I thought you would know
John Stewart and the fossil hunter identified it as Bovine possibly Bison , so if its modern I am guessing it came from topsoil off the top of the cliff and it's from a cow, if not its ancient Bison and came out of the Cromer forest bed deposit maybe . Seems heavy but it's not horse . You may have been finding cow or bison teeth !
Well good video mate cant wait for the next walk on the beach there with ya your gonna find something massive i think! Stay safe n stay well brother CHEERS✌@ltr.
Thanks for watching Steven that's gonna be it for a bit with the beach videos I am breaking my eyes scanning every stone for a tooth . Make sure you pick up a Gatorade and a slim Jim from the Dollar General next time you go in. CHEERS LTR✌

I think the first tooth could be bison or like you say some type of horse. If its pretty recent and not that old could be something like a cow or sheep. 2nd and 3rd finds definitely a fragment of mammoth tooth. 4th lovely ammonite. 5th WOW 😮 great preservation most be so fresh! 6th WOWx2 the saying was true all along!!
Hi Ethan I think that first tooth is fossilised seems too heavy to be modern . Yeah someone told me that saying on the beach , and it seems to be true lol thanks for watching !
Hi. We have just started fossil hunting. We have managed to find belemnites but that’s all so far. Which are the best Norfolk beaches to go to. Please? We live near Norwich.
Ive only just found out about fossils being in norfolk, ive visited hunstanton and places like and east and west runton for quite some time and im ashamed to say ive props picked up and looked at some of this stuff and just put back down thinking its just some weird rock, ide like to personally apologise on my behalf for not knowing the history of my area XD, i can't wait to go back to actually look now i somewhat know what im looking for now haha
