Amazing content, if you are open to suggestions Heydrich's story is another really good story in TNO, and his difficulty and game mechanics are as challenging as Yazov's. Great video! This describes the scenario rather well, and is digs deep into the storylines of Russia. The only thing is that you got the trials a bit mixed up; the first trial was the First World War, when Russia lost to Germany and went through a Civil war, the second trial was the Second World War, where Russia lost to Germany and had a civil war. Otherwise it is excellent.
I think you can do Germany on the "dengist" Speer path next? Its one of the better paths of the mod, especially among the german ones (The other paths kinda suck, or suffer of "wholesum 100" symptom). I think youll like it, Speer turning nazism into an actual effective ideology, without much in the way of contradictions, a dystopia that may actually stand for decades, even centuries to come, is interesting. This path also basically ends up whitewashing nazism quite a bit inside the game's timeline, similar to China's communism. Think of China "reforming" after Mao's death (With Deng Xiaoping as its first president, kickstarting the "reformation", which is why this path is often called "dengist") Or you can cover Men's Divine Mandate for more of Russia. Based path. Sad it was removed. Or, for smth .ore cursed, Yemelianov's Hyperborea?

I have to know, how do you have Kazakhstan that is fragmented, like in the old versions. is it old footage or do you still somehow have the old versions available?
I Finish playing with the GU4 (gang of four) and I honestly want to hear you talk about it in a video, I guess, that path was something beautiful... This is a world where the lines between humanity and barbarism have blurred in a desperate struggle for control, where utopias are built upon the ruins' foundations and the shadows of the past. The story unfolding here is not just about politics, but survival, of a broken people trying to find their soul amid a regime that consumes everything. In this scenario, war, power, and ideology intertwine in a whirlwind that drags everyone in, regardless of their will. At the top of this chaos stands Albert Speer, a man who has come to understand the void of power left by autocracy. Through his vision, Nazi Germany finds itself at a crossroads. It is no longer about conquering territories or feeding the flames of racial supremacy. Instead, he seeks a profound reform, a radical metamorphosis of the state that, in his eyes, has lost its ability to evolve with the times. But his reforms are not well received by all, and his vision is constantly challenged by internal forces that oppose both his methods and his very moral compass. The regime is divided, and the Banda de los Cuatro (The Band of Four) emerges as a dissident faction within the National Socialist German Workers' Party. Kurt Georg Kiesinger, Helmut Schmidt, Ludwig Erhard, and Henning von Tresckow represent not only reform within the system but also a path toward restoring democracy in Germany. Yet their struggle is fraught with sacrifices and betrayals. Each member has their own vision, their own interpretation of what Germany needs to heal from the past and overcome the legacy of war. Kiesinger, a pragmatic man less ideological than his companions, desires a gentler Germany, one that can establish a balanced power relationship with the conquered territories, but not at the cost of its integrity. Erhard, the economist, predicts the inevitable collapse of the economy, a collapse that will finally trigger during the oil crisis, while Tresckow, more ideological, fights to restore military discipline in Prussian style and free the Wehrmacht from its politicization. Schmidt, however, is the most intriguing figure in the Band. His pragmatic approach to international diplomacy, particularly with the United States and France, places him at the center of the fight for a better future for Germany. But in his soul, there is a constant struggle between loyalty to the system that has given him power and his desire to see his country freed from the grip of Nazism. He is the one who faces the horrors of a decaying Reich, and his struggle makes him the primary antagonist to Speer, who sees in Schmidt not just a political rival but also a threat to his own vision of Germany. Schmidt's diplomacy is his lifeline, his belief that peace can still be negotiated, even as the world around him burns. In parallel, the suffering of the peoples enslaved by the Reich is not just a matter of politics, but a human tragedy of epic proportions. The Slave Rebellion, led by figures like Willy Brandt, rises as a cry of resistance to a machine of oppression that has ravaged Eastern Europe. Brandt, a man marked by his exile and pain, becomes the key figure in the fight for freedom, a symbol of hope for those who have been crushed by the brutality of the regime. His letter to Schmidt, written in a mixture of desperation and determination, reflects not only his vision of a better world but also the hopelessness of a people abandoned by their own leaders. The idea of meeting in a sacred place, like the church near Warsaw, is symbolic of Brandt's deep conviction that peace can only be achieved through sacrifice and humanity, not through weapons and violence. However, the road to liberation is not simple. The tension between the reformists of the Band of Four and the resistance of the regime’s conservatives intensifies. Speer, seeing his control over the Reich threatened, decides to consolidate his power in an authoritarian manner. The civil war erupts, and the country is dragged into an inevitable confrontation between those who want to save Germany and those who believe that only through the perpetuation of Nazi ideology can victory be found. The members of the Band of Four fight not only for the future of their nation but for the future of its collective soul. Each one has a vision, and each is willing to sacrifice what is necessary for their dream of a reformed Reich to come true. In this context, the story of Germany becomes a parable of what power, betrayal, sacrifice, and redemption mean. The characters, whether reformists, collaborators, or dissidents, find themselves trapped in a struggle not just for control of a country but for the very essence of what it means to be human in a world dominated by tyranny. At its heart, they all know that the regime, as it exists, is unsustainable. But each also understands that changing the system might require something much greater than a simple political reform: it might require the reconstruction of humanity itself. This is not just a story of war or politics, but a human tragedy. A reminder of what happens when ideals are lost in the obsession with power, when humanity fades under the weight of a regime that strips people of their dignity. In the end, the question that remains is: can Germany, represented by its most prominent leaders, find a way out of its own hell, or will it be condemned to repeat the mistakes of the past until nothing of its soul remains?
