I can totally relate at the ending when Tony talks about the agony of having to wait for medical treatment. I broke my back becoming paralyzed in a snowmobile accident and it took about 4 hours before they got me to the local hospital, then I have no idea how long between that and flying me to a further, more well suited medical centre. Took almost two days by the time of my injury before they got me in for surgery.
During the U.K. pandemic, my partner broke his arm in 3 places . I drove him 18 hours back to the U.K. while he took painkillers and we stopped for lunch. He then worked on a medical ward for 10 days without proper pain medication or arm support for ten days. That’s insane. He lost a lot of nerve and muscle control for a year or two as a result.
Love how Sean's default reaction to pain is to ask a deep and well thought out question Sean breaks leg "so was it your fathers influence as an army medic that inspired you to become a paramedic"
Alternate theory. Tony Hawk has quietly trained for months, eating Carolina reapers in his basement, waiting for the day he would crush the host of Hot Ones at his own game.
I did this challenge with a friend last week. We had no idea there was even a five minute limit on when you could drink milk. We had our friend run to the groceries to get some and he was gone for about ten minutes while we suffered physical and mental anguish

The tables have been turned and Sean is now the flustered one, and the guest, Tony is the calm one. 😅 Either way, they are impressive! 👏
I feel like Tony Hawk is one of those guys who if you met your hero’s would be a really kind and genuine person.
I went to school with two of his sons, so I saw him often when I was younger. He really is a down to earth super cool guy who loves his fans.
That’s the word on the street
I know next to nothing about tony hawk except that he's a skateboarder. But he has indeed impressed me here.
This is certainly an interesting turn of events...Sean is over there dying Tony turned into an intellectual "it's extraordinarily hot on my tongue" 😂😂😂
Good lord Tony Hawk is insane. He can absolutely compartmentalize pain.😂
Sean: *Death, Suffering, Crisis, Depression*
Tony: "why can't i swallow?🤨"
Tony is such a humble chill dude. I am not a fan of vert skating but anyone has to admit he paved the way for allot of skaters today ESPECIALLY vert. Def a GOAT
I have no doubt Tony could’ve made it to an hour, he killed that!
he would have killed it, and killed Sean at the same time. Dude was over it at minute 2
He was pretending he couldn't go more than five minutes to not bore the people watching behind the scenes, he could definitely do an hour if he wished.
Sean is so out of it that he doesn’t even realize how unbothered Tony is 😂
Or he noticed and wanted to add pressure by asking a deep dive kinda question
Tony Hawk is a national treasure. Glad to see him moving around after that scary injury he had earlier this year.
*international teasure
@@piet302 True!
Global Treasure sounds better. To me atleast
This challenge absolutely destroyed me … so much respect to Tony 😭😭 idk how these guys can be so calm
L
During the U.K. pandemic, my partner broke his arm in 3 places . I drove him 18 hours back to the U.K. while he took painkillers and we stopped for lunch. He then worked on a medical ward for 10 days without proper pain medication or arm support for ten days. That’s insane. He lost a lot of nerve and muscle control for a year or two as a result.
@@maxswindail9954 was that Loser or Lie?
@@COBRAC0MMANDER L is the opposite of W for win. It means loss. Like, "that situation blows. You took an L there."
How are you now? Did you manage to get full mobility back? How bad is the paralysis
Love how Sean's default reaction to pain is to ask a deep and well thought out question
Sean breaks leg "so was it your fathers influence as an army medic that inspired you to become a paramedic"
🤣
Alternate theory. Tony Hawk has quietly trained for months, eating Carolina reapers in his basement, waiting for the day he would crush the host of Hot Ones at his own game.
I did this challenge with a friend last week. We had no idea there was even a five minute limit on when you could drink milk. We had our friend run to the groceries to get some and he was gone for about ten minutes while we suffered physical and mental anguish
Everytime I see something of Tony Hawk, and just hearing what he has done or gone through, I am mesmerized. Hes been my hero since high school. And he handled this Chip like the legend he is.
The old man still got it... love Tony Hawk and the aura he brings to everything he does.
Oh my godddd I don’t even like skateboarding but Tony Hawk made me watch it as a kid. What a legend so glad to see him on this! 👏🏽
The face Tony makes at 10:20 when he's starts getting interviewed 😂
Honestly this is one of the best media bits in the history of the world. Breaking down humans in such an un-natural way, is so amazing. Sean Evans has got to be one of the best media interviewers in history. Just his pure drive to always continue to ask questions during such a painful moment will continue to drive me back to Hot ones in any capacity. Thank you for the years of continuous pain and suffering. Thank You Hot Ones, Thank You Sean Evans, Thank you Hot Ones behind the scenes staff.
Wow Tony actually handled that VERY well. I've done 3 versions of that chip and I am very impressed with Tony
we didn't come here to find out if Jake has done this, this isn't about you or your channel
@@slowery43 We didn't come here to hear Hoagers opinion on jake's comment. Jake's comment isn't about you.
@@slowery43 lol what a loser hating on this guys comment. Man doesnt even post videos
I feel like Sean's description of forgetting the pain after vowing to never do it again is exactly what all mothers say about child birth
Tattoos are another of those you forget the pain until you are in the thick of it and if any of the spicier places I have been tattooed are a preview I can’t imagine the process of giving birth. Mad respect to y’all for choosing to endure that pain!
bro tony is alarmingly chill about this.
I’ve watched so many of these Hot Ones episodes but haven’t seen Sean like this before 😂😂😂
You should really look up the episodes with Chili-Klaus. 🙈 You're in for a treat. 😁
Chili Klaus got him worse
Defo watch the Chilli Klaus ones haha.
You should see him at home
I think he might have some of his sauces diluted on the show, he was in trouble here and Tony was hardly bothered.
"All hands on deck! There's trauma up here!" had me cracking up.
lol 😂
😭🤣🤣
Sean: *flailing like a baby at his first swimming lesson*
Tony: I'm feeling a little flush!
HAHAHAHA
“Oh god we’re gonna try to have deep thoughts now?” Tony is hilarious man 😂😂
Sean going crazy while Tony has blue teeth and is just chilling is hilarious. 😂
Tony seemed unfazed the whole time 🤣🤣
This is the only show that makes fifteen minutes feel like both fifteen hours and fifteen seconds at the same time.
I remember being a kid when he did the first Indy 900.
My childhood was trying to skateboard like TH and failing each time.
Massive respect to him for doing this challenge ♥️
Same lol. He eve made this look easy. It was funny when he said are you interviewing me now to lol 😆 I was rollin.... Tony is awesome. Wish we saw more of him, espn something at the NBC winter Olympics or x games? We need to see him and Phelps together. That'd be epic.
@@nyelement007 all the years of him taking bumps and breaking bones paid off in a chilli chicken contest 😂
Yeah he's awesome and it would of been great to of seen him do that.
This is rich. Seeing Tony Hawk on First We Feast for the fourth time (following his Hot Ones ComplexCon episode and two appearances on The Burger Show) was an absolute blast. My younger brother and I are currently watching this. My younger brother idolizes Tony Hawk and he is a skateboard freak himself. Long live the skateboarding king 👑
Tell your brother to DO A KICKFLIP
I’m more of a Shaun White guy but Tony Hawk is pretty cool too
this comment is wholesome made me smile
Tony Hawk is so chill he literally can cool down his food without blowing on it.
His face when he mentions the 25 calories is priceless, love tony
