There is also a dark side force nexus on Coruscant (it was under the Jedi Temple/Imperial Palace later on) Maybe that could be considered some kind of negative influence? Not sure. Perhaps it was just in a time that was too primitive for there to be lasting peace between early humans and Taung. In that case, maybe it is a matter closer to the rivalry between the Quarren and the Mon Calamari, on Mon Cala, rather than a strictly anti-Human rivalry? Perhaps the Taung would have ended up fighting with whichever population co-inhabited/encroached on their territory? Besides which, I personally don't like the idea of the Taung being the predecessors of the first Mandalorians (I just don't like how there has to be this weird non-human origin for a culture that is clearly most recognisable through individuals identical to human beings/literally being human beings) There always has to be this weird convoluted backstory, like with the Tuskens when they were explained to be something more than robed and hooded men (albeit savage in nature) I know Mandalorian doesn't = a species but more of an identity. But therein lies the problem. It has to have started somewhere and considering every single famous Mandalorian is clearly a human, then the contrivance to link them to the Taung just bores me a bit. It reminds me of the way there is a Sith species and that is a derivation point for the name of the Sith Order yet of course the Sith can be any species in theory. Yet in practice, the vast majority of them seem to be humans as well -.-
ThePalaeontologist the species of both the Sith and Taung died out my guy. Humans take up the majority of their later culture cuz we're like super intelligent cockroaches that get in everything and adapt at an alarming rate to our new environments. We're not the most intelligent but by far the most numerous and adaptable...
@@blackshogun272 A) just to clarify I was and am fully aware that the Sith and Taung are extinct. Nothing I said implied I didn't know that. I'm talking about the historical context of the Taung and the Sith in comparison. Not that they are still alive (extant, opposite of extinct) Of course they are extinct, not extant. B) What I was saying, ''my guy'', is that I don't like the *concept* of the Taung at all. I'm actually ok with the Sith concept thing, as that at least has a better connection to them. It makes sense (Dark Jedi exiles on Korriban/Moraband, showing up with the native Sith being subject to them etc etc I can get behind that - because it sounds like something that would happen in real history) I am just critical of the Taung backstory as it sounds a bit to weird and a contrived. If you look at them, they are kind of Star Wars Legends/EU's attempt at the Yautja (Predators) It just kinda doesn't do anything for me. C) I agree with your (albeit unflattering) analogy of humans being an intelligent, commonplace, adaptable and colonialising species that is both numerous and hard to get rid of....(cue roach reference by you lol) But I wouldn't call them roaches. We're more like grass. We just get everywhere and carpet the land. And as far as intelligence goes, that is debatable. Sure, humanity ain't the Celestials or Yoda's species, or the Ones etc. But I think that is a wild generalisation. Humanity is smart enough to conquer the galaxy, free itself and dance with Ewoks. Good enough for me.
Hanharr was a genocidal monster who wanted to wipe out all non-Wookies in the universe and he killed members of his "species" to prevent them from being enslaved yet he enslaved human children and killed their parents.

The Yevetha were even more vicious than the Vong as they refused to even surrender or bow at all. They hated ALL non Yevethan species and they had to be utterly brought to extinction. their last living member chose to blow himself up to try and kill two humans trying to rescue him. "Your wars are decided by the death of a tenth of a population, a third of an army. Then the defeated surrender their honor and the victors surrender their advantage. This is called being civilized. The Yevetha are not civilized, General. It would be a mistake to deal with us as though we were."- Nil Spaar

wouldn't tusken raiders hate all humanoid species equally? if i understand correctly they hated humans becuse we were humanoid like rakata but so were number of other species that set foot on tatooine so why did they specifically hate humans? awesome video btw.
I think the Ssi-ruu would have been a better pick than wookies. I mean, yeah wookies weren't fond of Czerka, and were a bit isolationist when it came to galactic politics, but they didn't specifically hate humans. They just wanted to be kept out of the galactic power struggle (but were always thrust in). Now the Ssi-ruu were similar to the Vong in that they really did hate everyone who wasn't them and even then they had a very strict caste society and hated others from different castes. Their religion basically stated that every non-Ssi-ruu is less than them. Palpatine reached out to them with the Force and basically offered thousands of humans in exchange for their tech at one point. They had a thing for using humans for their "entechment", which basically used a person's life force to power machines.
Figures the Yevetha come from a planet that shares a name - N'Zoth - with one of the Lovecroft-inspired Old Gods of World of Warcraft. Anyway, considering what jerks humans can be in the Star Wars galaxy, it's no wonder so many other species hate them.
a lot of apes hate humans in my universe the ape republic an evil empire from the planet Simia invaded the earth in 1392 and began to colonize it enslaving earths people and oppressing them from 1392 to 1892 500 years of colonization slavery and conquest in 1465 the simians finished colonizing North America in 1671 a lot of apes revolted against the ape republic and wanted to overthrow their rule in North America and form their own country they formed the United ape empire on June 4th 1676 then after the ape civil war to end the enslavement of humans in the United ape empire the civil war lasted from 1761 to 1765 after the freedom of humans the country was renamed to the United ape kingdom.

Wookiees didn't hate humans as much as they were wary of outsiders. After all, Twi'leks and Ithorians were party to their enslavement. Hutts were an enduring empire that held a firm grip on the emonymous Hutt space before the Republic. Didn't know their Empire collapsed between 3500BBY and present canon, but I'd wager they've still been a regional power cooperating with the Republic - can't beat 'em, join 'em. Tuskens and Jawas are rodent-like humanoids. A bit of a stretch to say humans resemble them.

It makes sense (Dark Jedi exiles on Korriban/Moraband, showing up with the native Sith being subject to them etc etc I can get behind that - because it sounds like something that would happen in real history)
I am just critical of the Taung backstory as it sounds a bit to weird and a contrived. If you look at them, they are kind of Star Wars Legends/EU's attempt at the Yautja (Predators)
It just kinda doesn't do anything for me.
I notice that Czerka Corporation came up more than once in this video.
A few from the internet: wow I didn't know that the Wookies were anti-human
The rest of the internet: Somebody give those Wookies a hug😭
This topic reminds me how similer the SW and our universe are, at different scales that is...
Soooo.... Baraka from Mortal Kombat was a Yevetha? Never knew...
For the description, Geetsly's:
4:34: Tusken Raiders/Sand People
7:17: Yevethans
Hmmm...... Humanity, Xenos, Organics in general, We shall free u from these feeling..
The Wookies are Cannibals They Killed me and My Bros during the Invasion
Are you sure it isn't the Ewoks?
Gotta respect the lads. No hipocrisy at all. Even if they all gonna die out, wouldn't accept help from people they hate.
I side with Generation tech in this matter. HUMANITY FIRST!!!!!
HUMANITY FIRST!!!
HUMANIDAD PRIMERO!!!
DOLPHINS SUCK
*HUMANITY FIRST! ALIENS LAST!*
HUMANITY FIRST
Hanharr was a genocidal monster who wanted to wipe out all non-Wookies in the universe and he killed members of his "species" to prevent them from being enslaved yet he enslaved human children and killed their parents.
I know people will argue with me but if you look at the Tuscan raiders they are nothing but space Comanches
Did he say 4 thousand and 20 BBY “4’20” Wookies
me to one of these race's: yea i can see why you dislike us, i dont really like other humans either.....
Number 1 : Other Humans
Lmao love the generation tech reference lol
Was that a diss or just a shoutout?
@@ordinary_player9390 they always mess with each other on occasion lol
3:05
Really?
I always felt like that Huts were so arrogant and so unconcerned with principles that they wouldn't care. After all if a Hutt can make money from a human they won't hesitate.
The sith empire will rise again tf yall talking about 🤨😑😤😤😤
@Maxwell Zimmermann LOL XD
It would be a mistake to deal with us as though we were."- Nil Spaar
the Yuuzhan Vong would have superior technology to go from one galaxy to another
This is the kind of video generation tech would focus on.
I love ur accent! Especially the way u say the K/ hard C sound. And especially in certain words, like “core”!
The lesson of the day is, don't let Czerka anywhere near any planet that is inhabited with non-humans, got it.
czerka corporation really did frakk things up didnt they
6 if you count humans
Han saved Chewbacca from being an imperial slave and that’s why chewie travels with him. It’s a life debt.
Nice lil bit of nostalgia from that intro, it’s from the original Battlefront, right?
What made the vong so dangerous that they was able to kill so many
Mando SW mostly the New Republic being incompetent
In legends humanity had a big reason to be xenophobic. They evolved alongside the protomandalorians who were basically Tolkien Orcs.
Of course, the Taung of Notron (now Coruscant) were actually peaceful before us humans showed up, as shown in the Supernatural Encounters novella.
@@michaelandreipalon359 I've never heard of this. We've evolved natively on Coruscant alongside the Taung.
@@user-ye6ty9ie8g in Star Wars lore
"until the crew of the ebon hawk calmed them down" by discovering that czerka had stolen the tuskens' water machines which prevented them from just moving away to a different location instead of staying near the czerka settlement
Can we genocide the Hutts already? I know of only one Hutt who was a decent person.
Damn, now I need to go play KOTOR.
GenerationTech liked this.
"Humanity first."
I would love to see the yuuzhan vong in a movie
I wouldn't, just because I doubt that a movie could do them justice. Loved NJO, don't wanna see it ruined.
The most Anti-Human species in all the galaxy and beyond: Other Humans. But seriously, this was a very informative video. Now I know a little bit more about Star Wars that I didn't before.
What about the taungs, the original human haters. And rightfully so.
Can we get more history on #2? I've never heard of them and would absolutely love to know more
Read legends
Love the nostalgic intro
5:24
Nice space big Iron.
Honourable mention to the Ubese
How did i just now hear about this channel? Love it
your intro literally gave me goosebumps
wouldn't tusken raiders hate all humanoid species equally? if i understand correctly they hated humans becuse we were humanoid like rakata but so were number of other species that set foot on tatooine so why did they specifically hate humans? awesome video btw.
2:41 oh I remember him. Good times.
Alan of generation tech just got new reasons for his humanity first movement
Idk if this has been answered yet, because I’ve just started watching this channel. But what happens to Count Dooku after the clone wars?
Watch Revenge of the Sith, you'll see
Watch Revenge of the sith
Do it!
Really?....
You may want to rewatch the prequels again.
Figures the Yevetha come from a planet that shares a name - N'Zoth - with one of the Lovecroft-inspired Old Gods of World of Warcraft.
Anyway, considering what jerks humans can be in the Star Wars galaxy, it's no wonder so many other species hate them.
Yo, these Wong Things look like a Creation of the Band Gwar hahaha
ewoks don’t hate humans, they like humans, they like them well done lol. they are ravenous murderbears.
a lot of apes hate humans in my universe the ape republic an evil empire from the planet Simia invaded the earth in 1392 and began to colonize it enslaving earths people and oppressing them from 1392 to 1892 500 years of colonization slavery and conquest in 1465 the simians finished colonizing North America in 1671 a lot of apes revolted against the ape republic and wanted to overthrow their rule in North America and form their own country they formed the United ape empire on June 4th 1676 then after the ape civil war to end the enslavement of humans in the United ape empire the civil war lasted from 1761 to 1765 after the freedom of humans the country was renamed to the United ape kingdom.
In regard to the question about Generation Tech and the species on this list.. Let's just say that the likelihood of these each and everyone of them would probably provide some kind of assistance to the dolphin insurgency.
I remember that last one I considered it a low point for Leia's And she bent over for them just to try to erase the stigma of being Vader's daughter
*sees that the Yuzhann Vong are listed and takes another look at the title, my writer brain nitpicking the fact that it says “Galaxy” and not “Universe”* 😂
5 most anti human species in the star wars galaxy
number 1: Humans
I love how all Star Wars aliens except the huts are just humans with masks lol
Sebulba
The EU had more exotic races, like the Selonians aka space otters from the corellian system.
The Senate is disapproves of these species.
Star Wars aliens: (hates humans)
US space force: this is not okie dokie
The hawk seems to be everywhere
Uh you might want to include Cylons and the Borg. Duhh
3:00 A race of space slugs with a god complex...how's that for ironic?! XD
6:20 So they're kinda like the Klingons from "Star Trek"?
The Hutts thinking they were better?
LOSE SOME WEIGHT!!!
