I am beyhond excited that you bought Cindy back. Please do her character justice. Michelle Collins is fantastic, and I hope she is here to stay.
So do I, a couple of years ago she said in an interview that she doesn’t want to play the same character forever because she gets bored very easily, but maybe that was because she thought there was no way back for Cindy at the time. I hope she didn’t mean what she said..
Part of me wants her to take the same path as Pat when she was introduced in the 80s. Pat was a horrible mother who made the lives of Pete, Kathy, and Simon miserable. Then over the years she reformed into one of the most loving and caring characters on the Square.

@@tomhiggins6542 Definitely isn't. I also noticed the actors look more like fashion models now than they did in the 80s and 90s. I'm in the US and we were 13 yrs behind the UK, when EastEnders stopped being shown: the Ronnie and Danielle storyline was going on.. From what I understand the BBC stopped selling the episodes .
@@maggiep3263 yes that's why 80s EE got 30 million viewers and 2023 trails behind its ITV rivals. Why do you think show constantly brings back past characters in the first place??? You say the actors are more attractive now but their not attractive as the actors in Hollyoaks or Corrie.

@@SharonWattsCallsTheShots did you even listen there’s clearly sounds of Ian and cindy talking to each other in the 1990’s 😂 and Kathy talking to cindy in the 1990’s, so they did use old voices. And it clearly was Lucy , Anna does not sound like that lol for the last time

Preferred little Cindy Jnr! The only Beale that can act without making me cringe! Bring her back! Peters new look makes zero sense Liked him in his first spell as Peter but the way the character has physically changed it made no sense bringing him back He resembles Johnny more than Peter now 😅The last two defo stepped that character up .... really wish Easties would stop with the plethora of actors per character with Ben and Peter. Does my wee suede in Although I like the newest Ben and Martin but as a long term fan find it jarring😢
How many more characters are gonna come back from the dead? There’s definitely gonna be another one 10 odd years from now, presumably Charlie Slater or Dennis Rickman.

Danny dyers time on eastenders towards the end was a miserable one. There was a female cast member he didn't get on with. Plus also He has addiction issues. So the deal he signed with sky means that he will be better paid. Danny dyer said that he would only comeback to eastenders if that deal with sky didn't work. He had been on eastenders for ten years anyway. Which was long enough. The pay on eastenders is terrible.

@forzacmo9069❤❤I agree with you totally and truly have wished (forever it seems), for Jane to return. There was not even a valid reason for her not to go back to Ian - they still loved each other and poor Ian had no clue she was being bullied and threatened/forced to leave when she did not want to😢😢The Show really let Jane down, and of course with Cindy coming back now probably be total bad timing if Jane were to re-appear😢❤❤

Yes it's dreadful. B Movie level plots and B Movie level dialogue. Such a shame cause it was great in the 80s/90s.
