Thank you for being venerable and sharing your story. I would never imagine that you also went through the postpartum depression when we see where you are now. I wanted to be the best mom for my 4 and a half years old girl and 18 months old toddler girl and I realized that I have become snappy and annoyed due to parenting fatigue and lack of sleep 😢 I was very encouraged after watching your video and I will pray that the Lord will do a beautiful work in me which he began and I pray that God will keep using you, your family, and your channel that He will shine His light through you!! Was literally LOSING it the minute your video popped up... My 4-year-old son looks like a wolf man and trying to cut his hair was let's just say, an experience. I have improved as I've started reading scripture more and have been praying right after the kids go to bed, but toward the end of the week, I start to get tired emotionally. :/

Sounds like a perfect way to have some quiet time to yourself and have the opportunity to regulate yourself! How else do you help yourself when you feel yourself getting emotionally burnt out? ❤️
