Hi there, thank you for watching! If you're visiting New York City I've curated a full day itinerary which you can check out by visiting the link below. It has several activities and suggestion for a full day to explore the city. Check it out here: www.etsy.com/listing/1171359009/new-york-city-full-day-travel-itinerary?ref=listing_published_alert
This was very informative. I appreciate you giving tips and showing apartments geared toward lower-income renters. So tired of all the luxury apartment tours. 🙂
@@Johannym you are welcome. I am new to the city and so far haven’t had any luck with finding a place for my daughter and I. All the fees and scams make the process much harder.🤞🏾
@@ohsoinspired72779 Welcome to New York! Street easy you can set your search options to no fee apartments, I heard of people who also find apartments through facebook, I guess there's a market place there I've never used it so I'm not 100% certain how it works. But good look with your search!
Thank you for all of the tips! Here in Cleveland I think you need 30x the rent. Im going into my 6th yr here and my rent is $1100/mth for a 480sqft studio. That's considered cheap in the neighborhood I'm in. 1 block from the train, but you still need a car here.

Thank you for watching! I also get tired of luxury rentals; not everyone can afford a 4K a month apartment.
Good info thank you

1100 isn't bad for a studio, I used to have a studio around that price, but that was like 10 years ago; that price is unheard of in NYC now.
@@Johannym I believe it! Anymore it is unheard of here in Cleveland also (well, at least in the very popular neighborhoods anyway).
Broker fees are such scams. So ridiculous.
I know!!
Do you mind moving so much? Have you pared down your belongings so its easier?
I don't have a lot of stuff I usually just get rid of most of what i’ve accumulated to make the move easier
