What do you do to hold tint down while shrinking?

I use a dryer sheet. Clean the glass. Lightly mist the glass then wipe a dryer sheet all over the glass.

How do you scrape snow and ice off that film applied to the outside?

Very carefully. Just kidding. This is just a shrinking video. It's later installed to the inside. Tint is prepped on the outside before it's installed.
