The ending proved you're a real one.
Nice end lol
Everyone is hating on the single cylinder. I think it's the best thing can am could have done. I was sick of rebuilding v twins for 4x the price. It really puts it into perspective when you only have to change 1 cylinder or 1 cam or one spark plug ect. I prefer v twins for fun but the singles will always be more reliable and easier to work on.
I prefer it primarily because of the reduced exhaust piping. It makes the machine much cooler to ride. A V-Twin is a packaging nightmare in an ATV
I’m interested to see the 700 content continued I was hating on it at first for being a single cylinder but you may just change minds
I bought one and i have no complaints yet so
@@tylerkermode8949pretty impressive for a 1cyl
Need to cross a lake or river, get a boat. Why kill a $10,000+ quad?
That is fun?
Fool and his money.
@@tomg6284don’t really understand your logic… the reason they began being snorkeled was for hunting. Because you’d have to have multiple boats or cannons, or carry one around only to use it for 30ft of water.
Would love to see a video of where you ride in FL and reviews of the parks/trails
very interesting thanks for all the info, this might be my next atv haha! i had a renegade 1000 but maintenance was pretty expensive lol
I tested my cell phone holder box as well. Same issue. Other than that, it’s been a really solid experience so far. Loving the content.
i'm liking the 700xmr now bc of your videos
I have to look more into mine doesn't want to idle with the exhaust under.
I can see the Can Am design/ engineering team getting bonuses now that Mud puppy not only approves of the design but cam up with the best use for the water in the storage box
“ Splash it on your tits ya , your tits . Hah . “
That’s what I got from this .
So far the from what I've seen tested between you and ostacruiser the bike seems to be a good buy and price for a mud ready machine! Couldn't wait to see a different tire on it, i figured you would break out the aztex. Is that the same chick that was riding on the front of your Rubicon going deep lol?
Did you have to play with a clutching at all to run the 33s and did you have to modify suspension at all?
The clutching and gearing on this machine is excellent. I did do the HD7 transmission gear swap. I have a video on that. I don't think it's totally necessary though. It's only like a 5% gear reduction. I made the 33s work with stock suspension and a lot of trimming. But now I'm running the S3 forward arms. I don't really like those arms or the bushings and they still rub a little bit of full lock
All that and we never found out if the tits were sealed well ? On another note …. The nee 1000XMR renegade is pretty spot on we just got ours although having again the same issue won’t idle under water … the rubicons we have all run exhaust snorkels 2023 520 FA6 but even stock would idle. Maybe Uk market spec is the issue
I've had 2 Renegade 1,000s both of them constantly got water in the belt. My brand new 2021 had a pretty serious belt leak and when they tried to warranty it they made it worse and eventually I got rid of it because the clutches had seen so much water it stopped shifting up LOL
On my 700 xmr there was a vent line under the plastic cover on the handle bars you might want to check yours. It seemed like the vent line was short from factory and they just shoved it under there.
Yikes how many did you have on your snorkel pipe? I don't have one in that location on mine it seems that every vent line is accounted for on the snorkel pipe manifold thing except for the radiator overflow
Yea what happened to your vent line video I'm definitely missing a line and was gonna compare to yours but yea I chased the vent line I found under my plastic cover on the handle bars down to my rear diff it seems like the line wasn't long enough so they just shoved it under there I got 4 vent line in the inside pod cover
@@that1honda I just took it down to make it update don't vent the gas tank in the air box
@MudPuppyOffroad I wasn't planning on doing that mod I figured it would cause a problem with it pulling gas threw with how this engine sucks air so hard threw a straw?
You like the tires
Oh yes they're awesome. Got some crazy good footage yesterday in some deep clay with them
Think 31s would fit without rubbing?
Depends on the offset. Might have to do a little trimming. Are you talking about 31 OGs?
@@MudPuppyOffroad prob going with 31x8.5-14 Motohavoks on stock or a 4+3 rim.
@@canamxmr4760 I think that would work with the minor trimming
@@MudPuppyOffroad thanks for the opinion
Ese tubo donde va? El mío no tiene ese tubo
Man, I have no idea which one you're talking about. There's a lot of tubes in this thing
What did you buy from Brookhaven powersports? That’s my hometown
We have totally different terrain out here in Idaho the ATV’s barely get wet 😂
Bro awesome video
Hey man just wondering how did you seal your big bear gas cap breather back in the day- did you just run a normal vent tube up your snorkel or have some kind of short one way breather? It’s a pain when you spin the gas cap off while spinning the breather tube.
I just had a normal breather
I keep getting water in my belt every time checking breathers now
The video ended to early 😢
Pay wall almost at 100%
Factory belt box dry hell yeah only took em 10 + years
Was anyone else puckering their butt holes the entire time he was in the water? My anxiety was crazy.
Lol easy day
Did you get this bike from brookhaven ms? Just saw the shirt
Yep
🍻
Water balloons
✌️🇨🇦
why’s it gotta be so hard to look at
but kind of feel like it’s a revamped grizzly
There are some similarities but the gears are about twice as low and the clutching is much better
