Hey I actually bought a luggage scale to measure it and tied a scrap piece of kevlar string to it and measured it. so far my motor is still accurate. One of my backup machines with xpider/silent partner/tourna rotational constant pull, is pulling 1lb over the intended tension you set. you dont need a fancy scale, my only costed $10usd. I seen some guy on a stringing group testing a cheap $7 luggage scale and a $40 Gamma Tension Calibrator both pulled the same.

Thanks for the interesting video 👍 Would only have one question: where did you get these yellow fitting inserts at the top and at the bottom of the frame? Come with the machine or sold separately? Thanks and cheers

it came with the machine load spreaders they call it. every brand makes their own because the metal size varies.

How much string do u need in feet for 18 by 20 for the mains and crosses? Also which holes do u skip on the mains for 18 20

for this particular racket? I dont have this racket with me anymore but I believe its 8 & 10. Head actually makes their decal/paintjob with instruction where to tie off etc and dots showing u which is main. I measure by my own wingspan(1.65m), mains about 4 wingspan, cross about 3.2 wingspan.

A couple of things bother my ocd...you strung the frame upside down. May not matter for casual restring but big deal if you're stringing a sponsored frame. Good habit to get into. Tensioning the two centre mains together to start doesn't actually give the tension you're pulling on both strings, in fact it reduces the specific tension of each due to the string being stretched around the outside of the frame. Better to clamp one and secure behind with a starting clamp and pull tension on the other main first. To add more value to the video, it would be good if you tell us what head size, string and tension you're stringing.

if u pull 2 strings at once, each string gets half the desired tension however, if u watch closely both strings are locked separately, no opportunity for slacking and re-pulled using the actual tension aka yasuki method. Im not OCD but at the end of the day as long as the racket is safely strung and the customers are happy thats all it really matters.
