- This video shows how awesome Hockey players are, on and off the ice. Little things like the ones the players do in this video can make a fan´s day or making a little kid´s dream come true. To be a good Hockey player, you have to be good not only on the ice, but off the ice too.
Giving back to the fans is important, little things like shaking hands, say "Hi", giving a puck or a stick, taking a photo and
signing an autograph can make them really happy.

The great thing is that there are stories like this for every team in the NHL. Their importance to their community can't be underrated, and they are always so genuine!

Also for the Toews one, he tried to iron the patch on her vest after, and he put it on wrong so he had to do it again haha.

Hockey Players are sooo down to earth, you can never make a negative assumption about them. Just amazing to see how caring and respectful they are to their fans and community!

I was on the ice with Gordie Howe & all the Red wing legends in 1952 Wing practice. He taught us how to hold stick & shot. He took me on the boards & got the famous Howe elbow & he said this is how us big boys play. I was 7 when this happened. Red Wing fan forever. RIP all the legends
NHL Players are amazing. I remember, I think it was about 10 years or more. I think it was the Rangers, they were in Ottawa. For their morning skate. They all bordered a bus in full gear and found an out door rink and did the skate there. After they hung around with the fans/skaters that were there. I thought it was so cool that they did that.

Respect to all these guy who are so respected and idolized by these kids but still find a way to connect with them.
I can’t get over P.K. Such a down to earth guy and loves his fans. Also he donates much of his money to children’s hospitals.

Twist 926 2 years ago i sent a jersey to him through one of my mom's coworkers. When it came back in the mail it didnt have his signature on it. I tweeted about it and he replied to me with a nice apology. Sucked that the jersey got messed up but nice of him to write back.
I have never watched ice hockey but watching this vids I’m a fan what truly lovely genuine people these players are sending praise, love and respect from the UK ❤️

I miss this part of the game so much. It was such a joke of a league but there were still fans and it was amazing to make a kids night before and after games.

Those are all really cute. If you did a part 4, perhaps you could include one of the cute moments with TJ Oshie and an adorable kid he met through the TAPS foundation with the Capitals. Or the little girl he skated with in the Caps Fight Cancer initiative.
I met tj oshie in 2006 at fighting souix hockey camp, he was the puck handling coach. He was the most kind guy.
