Sad that this game could’ve had the potential of being another beloved pirate game like Black Flag or Sea of Thieves but sadly Ubisoft dropped the ball on this one and it will likely sink to the bottom of the ocean.
Though personally not excited for this game I will absolutely tune into your streams to watch, I can basically watch anything after seeing you raise the same anchor 5 times on the season 11 downtime stream!

You should not be. You just played the full game loop with no grind in place. This is Ubisoft, they will ruin the game somehow with mtx and grind. Black Flag is much better in every conceivable way.

I loved Black Flag, played Naval Action for a silly number of hours and I'm currently enjoying SoT thanks to seeing the good Captain playing it from my channel recommends. I am really looking forward to playing S&B. I have not played the CB, will throw myself into playing the OB though. Seen enough of the CB online to get a decent impression of what I am getting myself into and I'm just going to put the blinkers on, ignore the doomsayers and have fun without going too overboard on the hypetrain. Besides the setting is refreshingly new for a pirate game. The location is rich in history so it shall be nice to sail to different shores instead of another rendition of the West Indies.
Remember when all they had to was make another Black Flag but without any of the Assassin's Creed story bits. Literally the only time player wanted Ubisoft to copy/paste and they still find new ways to shoot their own feet.

So where do you actually preload download the game Beta for Xbox. I literally connected my Xbox account to Ubisoft+ like they said for the download. They said pre-load would be released February 6th 2024 at 4am Eastern Time & there’s nothing. What a fucking joke

@@1kulik yes, I have watched extensive reviews of this game, you board ships by pressing. Button, collect resources by putting your boat by land and all very linear. I would not buy this game and might play it on XBOX Game Pass when comes out.😬

Honestly I have no idea where this "gattling" cannon thing has come from? That's called a broadside. Sea of Thieves has 4 cannons at most, usually fired by open crew. A Galleon in real life has anything from 12 to 24 canons. If they fired all 24 canonns at once, it would tear the ship apart, so they had to fire off in succession. Which would create a "bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang". It's actually very realistic in terms of cannon firing. Sea of Thieves is tne unrealistic counterpart in this thought process.
@PlebNC Honestly feel like that too. It's wild & I personally hope noone plays it. There's games like Palworld, Enshrouded & much more right now. Ubisoft does not deserve your time or money at this moment. But maybe there's people that'll actually enjoy it; I personally don't feel like they did a great job and they deserve to feel that. If people would stop buying; companies would be forced to look at the players opinion. If they still rake in a couple mil that's considered poor feedback.

Some people get threatened when they're part of a community. Its perfectly normal, its silly, but normal. For the rest of us though, we now have 2 pirate games to play!

@CaptainFalcore There's not really anything to gatekeep. Ubisoft been showing stuff over the past 7 years that's blatantly sets unrealistic expectations versus what was finally released. On top of that this game or awaiting this game from 7 years back till now gives anyone a proper reason to he furious in my opinion. There's plenty of videos on the wait; I don't feel for going on & on. But this is a 100% such a disappointment & it shows Ubisoft just being so insanely out of touch with their community.
@@CaptainFalcore That all depends on your job I guess. I can do mine till I retire. This game tho is something different and those who played the beta already have seen it many who stopped playing the beta shortly after even trying it.
