Thank you so much for this incredibly insightful video! The way you introduced each concept was like magic - spot on and extremely clear. I've been searching for years to understand the root of my discomfort, wondering if it was my psoas, piriformis, hip, or back. I've spent countless hours on core stability exercises with little to no relief. But the explanations and exercises you've shared are really resonating with me and seem to be exactly what I needed. I'm eager to start incorporating these exercises into my routine and am hopeful that I'll finally be able to achieve complete pain relief. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge!
Glad to help. The body is one big system that works together. Rehabilitation normally requires normalizing the interplay between the sections of the body that may have been effected in the injury process. Happy healing
I have being having this severe pain for years now, am a footballer immediately I start training I feel it from my waist and left upper side abdomen getting down to my my testicle , how can I get this cured permanently , when I stop training it stops too
That’s a good question. I’d love to help but I need much more information to tell you exactly what’s going on and how to improve it. To extract the information we will need to perform an assessment which includes movement observations, range of motion tests and joint. If you’d like to work with me to figure out what’s going on and how to deal with it all you have to do is go to our website and book a consultation. After that we can create a customized program of stretches and exercises that tend to help people with this kind of problem. We have virtual and in person sessions. www.p2sportscare.com/ it’s called a Discovery Session. 714-502-4243
We are so you found the video then. We have many more videos on this topic on our channel. We specialize in treating sports hernias so if you need any help just reach out.
