Please add a note for the guys being trained to install. Before arriving, have customer measure the distance between the Gas line out and the port on the range. Lowes in Elk Grove, CA needs instruction. Paid for an install which was never completed, it's been 4 days. This tutorial makes it easy.

@@LGUSASupport and I paid $1500 for my range and one week later you guys are selling for $999. I will never buy a another product from LG. You all didn’t even attempt to make it right when I called. I had planned on buying a fridge next week but i will go with another company

@@LGUSASupport thank you. I will do that. Because I have a new lg stove, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and really don’t want to deviate and switch brands when I purchase my new fridge next week. I hope something can be done.

@@LGUSASupport I bought a new range and despite paying $74 for install you all didn’t provide the required parts to install my range
