Reading this in March of 2024 as Bobby Kennedy Jr leads both Biden and Trump in voters 18-35 during the first polls of the election year. If the Electoral College was abolished or reformed to where it wasn't a winner-take-all system and if Ross Perot didn't take a break from his campaigning, I guarantee that a good chunk of non-voters would have come out and voted for Ross Perot. Always remember. Every election year, 45% to 60% of eligible voters don't vote, because of the Electoral College. However, with a fair system in place, non-voters are more likely to come out and vote. But the Dems and repubs don't want a fair system, because they're afraid of first-time voters voting for a third entity and losing to that entity.
